Pizza delivery driver shoots would-be robber - Action News 5 - Memphis, Tennessee

According to Memphis Police, around 11 p.m. Thursday the suspect placed a bogus pizza order with Papa John's. When asked for a delivery location, he gave them an address in the 6900 block of Snyder, which turned out to be an abandoned house.

When the delivery driver showed up, the suspect approached him and told the driver to "Drop it." Instead the driver pulled out his gun and shot the robber three times.

The delivery driver was not hurt in the incident and does have a permit for his gun.

Now I just hope he's not fired for carrying on the job.
