Yeah, a long time ago. The US started it's own castration surgery after the Civil war. We were prepped for the O.R. with F.D.R. We cut off the first one after WWII, the second one shortly after Reagan left office and with Clinton we started estrogen therapy to wash out any remaining testosterone in the system. We are now coming out of I.C.U. and dealing with the scars of having our balls chopped off.

We are officially a wussified nation of politically correct, feel good nanny, sissy fairys.
