I can't believe that what I read in this thread mostly condones trespassing.

How about if it was your property being trespassed upon?

The two swimmers are criminals, its that simple.

:eek:B)

I don't think it's necessarily in the best taste, but I don't see a whole lot of harm in it. Just silly kids. Kinda like toilet papering a house. Bad taste? Perhaps, but no more trouble then getting out the hose or waiting on the rain while muttering "those damn kids."

Yeah but if one of those kids had been hurt diving into the pool or in making their escape then how harmless would it have been then? Bass Pro Shop gets sued and a really neat display gets shut down because of some childish stunt.

It's kind of like that stupid kid that got his head taken off at 6 flags the other day. His family is suing but the stupid kid had to climb not 1 but 2 fences both, of which had signs saying Keep Out and Unauthorized Personnel Prohibited just to get decapitated. Oh, but it was just a harmless prank. It was the kid's fault but the insurance company is going to settle for a large chunk-o-money and the public (that wuold be you and your family if you go to the park) is going to pay for it.

I agree with that. The problem there is the lawsuit generation that has come to be. It's not the act itself, it's the people that do dumb stuff and then see dollar signs because "someone should have stopped us!"

Yeah, and next thing you know their firearms will be overpriced!

Oh, wait...
