Army surplus in Knoxville

I don't know if this is where I should post this, but here goes. My father in law is having his birthday next month and he is retired army. Are there any good army surplus stores in the knoxville area. I have searched, but all I ever seem to find is the police gear stores that also have a small surplus section. He seems to like getting army stuff and started to cry when I handed him my M1 Garand to look at. The man is restricted to a wheel chair and longs for the old days now.

Thanks

If you intend to visit the one in Sevierville here is their website:

Phone number and address:

865-366-5205, 1752 Winfield Dunn Parkway

I suggest calling first as I've driven by many times and they were not open including middle of the day and middle of the week. They don't list hours on their website that I could see and don't appear to keep regular hours.

When I was there in April I actually got into the shop when they were open. Their prices at that time were at the unobtainium level so I hate to think what they are charging now. There was a lady there and everything on the shelves was a collectible, rare , or one of a kind. She wanted 40.00 for a very beat up plastic vietnam era canteen. Plus she was extremely rude not friendly at all. Don't think they are a good place to shop

Knoxville Tactical has some surplus.  They are the same outfit that is always at the gun shows with the Troy VTAC accessories, Aimpoints, Surefire flashlights, etc.

They have a lot of "new" surplus though...meaning modern stuff.  They are located at the Emory Rd Exit in Powell on I-75 (exit 112) next to Hardees.
