Does anyone have any experience with the Omni lowers?

 

And are the LPKs in stock?

I have heard of some fitment issues with the omni's. I have held one and would prefer a new frontier over it.

I've read nothing but AOK on the Omnis, but probs with Plum Crazy and the first gen of the Frontier.

 

I've got an Omni on the way, if my LGS ever gets it's act together with jiving their new address with FFL.

 

If they show in stock at PSA, they are. For all their faults lately, they seem to always have the real time inventory thing down.

 

The lower kit is only maybe $25 over pre-panic pricing, the lower is $30 more than what PSA was selling them for.

 

Just posted it 'cause things are so hard to get right now. And it'll take over two weeks to get these, too.

So $200 for a complete lower? I don't really need another, I've got two completes waiting for uppers, but if I did I'd wait for JoeBobs to get the New Frontiers back in at $110 complete.

Of course if the last scare caught you by surprise and you want one fast, at least with these it looks like you get an "improved" parts kit.

I've been debating this parts kit for two weeks. I'm really hesitant to buy anything more for my AR builds until I can secure at least one BCG.

Both gone now. They lasted longer than usual though, maybe things are indeed starting to "catch up".

i got a lower "build kit" from PSA that finally arrived this week. It was the one with the ACS-L stock. I was a bit peaved that they dinged my card for payment and then didn't actually ship for almost 3 weeks. But oh well. Done now, Shot my build today at the range, that seems to have made me forget all about the wait LOL.

I like that Omni I showed you yesterday, Mac. It appears built well
and everything fit well. Didn't know about the other stuff when I ordered
those two lowers. I could use another stock. I need to quit starting
these projects, though. Like I need another AR. I need another right arm.
Find one of those on sale for me. :D
