Brought Home a New Beretta.

I was out of town this weekend for a shooting competition so I decided to stop in one of the local gun stores where I was. Found this Beretta Model 71 in the case and said that's coming home with me. It's a .22 LR with a threaded barrel for a suppressor. I'm thinking it's from somewhere in the 70's but I haven't tried to find a serial number listing to pin point the exact date. There is some holster wear and handling wear on it but it seems to function well when I manually cycle it. It has a nice trigger with almost no take up. Can't wait to take this one out and see how it shoots. You can really see the creativity of the Beretta designers between their models. Guess it's not as bad as Glock though.

To anyone wondering, the suppressor is a faux one.  It's been permanently attached via set screw and plug weld.  Why? I have no clue but that's just how it is.
