I have a few 12ga paper shells, I too have looked and all I find is

a very few that collect them, paper shells are not worth much money.

Sell them for what you can get or shoot them.

At one time I had about 100 new unfired and primed factory hulls.

Never got around to loading them, Found a guy that shoots BP

at Cowboy shoots, so I gave them away.

Every time I run across a few paper shells, I try to shoot them, usually squirrel hunting. I say "try" because if they're really old with any corrosion, sometimes you just hear "click" and that's it. You'll have a good firing pin punch on the primer with no bang...then I toss those.

I've tried to research anyone giving anything for paper shells and just don't see the any value to them. I even have a few old colorful boxes from Remington and Peters and tried to get a few bucks out of them here on TGO a couple years back with no bites, so I set them on my book shelf. Who knows, maybe in another 50 years my grandsons can get $15 or $20 bucks out of them...lol.  :pleased:
