Looking for a good case trimmer

Recommended Posts

I am looking at either the RCBS or Redding 2400. The price difference is not a big deal, but I was wondering about quality. Also, I am new to reloading and the micrometer on the Redding got my attention. Is this a feature that will make life easier or just gee whiz? If anyone has a better suggestion I am open to it also.

I use Lee's case trimming tools. I set the shell holder and lock stud in my lathe, and that lets me trim and deburr inside and out, in one set up. May not be justification to buy a lathe, but when you think of all the other stuff it comes in handy for.....

I'l guarantee one thing, you will be hard pressed to trim any faster than I can. I can trim and deburr a .223 in just under 5 seconds each. Not that I'm trying to brag or anything:drama:
