Still haven't gotten mine back from Capitol Armory.  Form 3's are taking up to 2 months.  I did call my dealer to see if they could go ahead and file the form 4's while the form 3's are still pending and they said yes.  So next week I will work on that.

Arms Fair. They will need a copy of the form 3, so hopefully there won't be any issues getting it from Capitol armory. Cause ain't no way our form threes will be done before July 13th!

Yeah, I was afraid ours wouldn't. I just looked at my receipt of when Capitol said my Form 3 was submitted and that was April 26th. That'd put it way too close if it took just 60 days. I'll be calling Capitol here in a couple hours as well as Arms Fair to see about starting the process. What are they charging you for the Form 3?

Just got through talking with them. They said they absolutely will not start the Form 4 early. They told me the suppressor had to be in hand and registered before they will allow a Form 4. They were quite dicks about it too. This will be my last time I go through them most likely.

I spoke with William....the owner.  He said no problem at all and told me to bring in the Form 3 and they will get it started.  Even said they don't like to do the form 4's without the form 3's being at least 3 weeks into the process.  So you apparently talked to someone who didn't know what they were doing.

3 of them. The bald guy, the taller not bald guy, and a young guy. I'll speak to William. Can I use your name as a reference?

He won't know who I am. Just make sure you have a copy of your form 3 from Capitol Armory and your trust. Should be good. William is the one who signs off on them so it surprises me the rest of the crew there doesn't know they can do that.  I'd call and ask to speak with him first.

I was just told no by William. Said he absolutely will not nor would he sign off on anything until product is physically in hand.

Wow...I'm at a loss for words there. I wonder why they say that after he told me for 10 minutes that it was no problem. I was very clear about what I was asking. He told me to bring in a copy of the form 3 and my trust and they could get it started as long as the form 3 was submitted at least 3 weeks ahead of time.  Silencer shop does this too.

I'll try anyways and see what happens. This isn't very good though is it.
