Before replacing the sights, and  maybe before adjusting them, try the different grips and see how it does. I'm not saying you don't know how to position for a perfect trigger pull, just that I found it surprising that the larger grip helped my groupings. I usually use the medium or small grips on pistols that offer them.

It just seemed to make a difference for me.

I thought mine were off at first. I slowed down and got used to the gun and had no issues after that.
