the mosin isnt a one shot omg hurt. its a cumulative effect of 15 or so. If you have a recoil pad butt plate pad thing its not nearly as bad. I shot mine today and it was much better with the rubber pad.

Ive fired Mk19, M2, M240B, M249, & AK-47 full auto. M16 & M4 on burst. Id get the SBR. Probably because I don't have the money to spend on ammo but if we all had the money we wouldnt be asking the question.

I ran 100 blazer brass rounds. I had a couple times where the pistol didnt go back to full battery and one misfeed. I think that was also due to the slide not coming back hard enough. I also had issues with the 9mm blazer. Needless to say Ill go back to WWB or monarch for range ammo.
