Sounds like some people are trying to drum up business.
Not me, I could care less if they bought it at my Walmart. Frankly I'm tired of putting up with the old farts coming in and yelling at me because they believe Walmart is hoarding ammo. I was just stating that we hadn't sold x39 in months, not a single box, and now it's all gone. Look thru my post history here on TGO. I challenge you to find one single post in over 500 that indicates I have either tried to add fuel to the fire or have tried to drum up business.
Found it!http://vietnam.craigslist.org/for/4372477162.html
Dang Dude! You need to be working for the NTSB, FAA or CIA. Or wait, maybe you do... Uh oh, never mind.... I can't ID you or anything like that..... I'm outa here....... Now I have black helicopters circling my compound.........
 3.
My money says the plane is somewhere in one of the 'stans. I also bet it worries the Russians. That's my theory.
I don't see how you can hide a 777 without either a gov't satellite spotting it or HUMINT reporting it. FEDEX has about 25 777s in their fleet and my house is sometimes in the glide approach for MEM. Jets are easy to spot.
 4.
I do to but I have been looking for one. I just need to find a semi auto because rotators cuffs in my shoulders won't allow me to operate a pump action any longer. I need that or a double barrel I can afford. Either one would be fine.
After years of shooting a pump during range quals, I've decided I'd rather have a semi-auto. The ones I've shot don't beat me up as much as an 870. I had a Benelli semi-auto turkey gun. That thing was soft shooting even with 3 1/2" turkey loads.
 5.
I guess it getting close to Spring with nice weather and the shooting season kicking in had nothing to do with it.
Nope, the stuff had dust on it.
 6. At work we've had shelves full of Wolf 7.62x39 for a couple of months. Stuff wasn't moving. Stopped by today to check on some things and noticed the shelves are now empty. Panic buying has definitely kicked off......
 7.
For lube I'm still a Miltec fan.
Me too!
 8.
The first shotgun I hunted with was a 410...I wish I still had it but it's long gone. The first shotgun my dad bought for me was a single shot 12 ga that was a breach load (much like my sheet gun today). I don't have it either unfortunately.
My first gun ever was a bolt action .410. I dispatched a to of squirrels with that bad boy. Wish I still had it but it went "missing" from my mother-in-laws house. My Grandfather had a turkey roasting pan that he would throw his loose pocket change in. One weekend he rolled the change and had enough to buy me a 20 ga Remington 1100. I shot a lot of quail & dove with it.
 9.
I got rid of mine. It only collected dust. I use my AR as my primary home defense weapon.
Does Classic Arms have any 870 Tactical in stock?
 10.
I feel so left out. I dont have a shotgun. :(
Everyone needs at least 1 shotgun, even if it's a single shot .410!
 11.
By this standard, everyone who lives in or near Memphis is a drug dealing murderer.
I must not be doing this correctly- I haven't moved any product..... IMHO- this is still a free market economy and they can charge whatever they want for their ammo. I don't have to buy it.
 12. My wife is very very good with her Glock but let a boogeyman break in and she's grabbing the shotty.....
 13.
yes on the revolver, NO ON THE GLOCK !!! but i will stil say go for the 1911
You buy a Glock and the illness will start. Next thing you know you will own many Glocks with the uncontrollable urge to buy more.
 14. You steal a 777 where are you gonna land it without HUMINT spotting you? Maybe SPECTRE drained a section of the ocean revealing their secret lair. The jet landed on it and the ocean filled back up. Better call 007....
 15. I tell people that I wish I had a dime for each time I've been in & out of jail. They usually look at me with shock on their face and asked if I'd really been in jail. I tell them I had but it was because I was a Deputy Sheriff......
 16.
Did you also install a bidet for the guy?
I thought maybe it was a bidet, but intended for us men folk.... Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk
 17. I know someone that keeps his loaded with 2 3/4" #6 shot. I keep buck in mine mainly because my wife is a pretty good shot with a shotgun and she is home more than I am.
 18. I've been keeping 00 buck in mine along with slugs in the side saddle. I've been wanting to try the Federal LE Low Recoil stuff. I'm surprised there have been no replies with rock salt or rolls of nickels.... :-)
 19. When I was a LEO we were taught to load our shotguns with the first shot being fired a slug and the rest buckshot. That was back before patrol carbines were popular so I could see the slug giving you a little more range on the first shot. I was wondering how many of us have a defensive shotgun in their home and what do you load it with? Slugs? Buckshot? Birdshot? Good ole rock salt like Granny Clampett?
 20.
There are many weapons on this show that do not have sights. It drives me absolutely nuts. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk
I don't remember back that far but the crossbow may not have had a sight when Daryl acquired it. He's shooting at very close ranges so only a micro dot would be worth having anyway. What bugs me is when they walk past a dadgum HMMV without even checking it for weapons or if the dang thing would start up and run.
 21. Nice holster TDR! I've been thinking of doing something similar. Post pics once it's mounted.
 22. I carried a Glock 27 on my ankle back when I was a deputy. It was comfortable but I eventually switched to carrying it in the straps on the left side of my body armor. I bought one of those Uncle Mikes IWB holsters that feel like felt and has a plastic belt clip. The pistol was very secure there. I switched for two reasons: 1) I was in the FL Panhandle and always near beach sand, swamps, heavy wooded areas, etc. I've had foot pursuits on that damn beach sand and it gets everywhere! I didn't want to worry so much about my bug getting gunked up. (2) I got where I wasn't so flexible......
 23.
Don't worry about the back seat room unless you are in it. At 6'2", there is vey little that will allow me to get comfortable while driving and give anyone but a legless little person any rear seat room.
I'm in the same boat as you!
