I drill a hole and put a tire valve on the back. You take the cap off to let air inwhen pouring the gas but can cap it to keep fumes from getting out.

I think it might be working

Good job. And thanks for representing gun owners in a positive way. Keep us posted. -
The Ocoee is fun. I brought my wife who can't swim and is scared of water down it and now she wants to go back. I have been dumped almost every time though.

I agree with you... I hope you found a different MD. Anytime a GP prescribes something that falls under a specialists care it is recommended under BPG that you follow up with a specialist in that field. And that GP should have discussed that with you. One if the most fatal overdose drugs is Tylenol PM. Every medicine has side effects, you have to weigh them versus the benefits, but there are no benefits if it is not needed. Please understand that I agree, some meds are over prescribed. I just believe that we are responsible for our own health and well being, just like I believe that we are responsible for our own protection. If I was prescribed something by a GP for a heart issue I would schedule an appointment with a cardiologist. And when diagnosed with Patellar Tendonitis I scheduled an appointment with an orthopedic MD to verify.

Your reports are why Best Practice Guidelines (BPG) state that therapy is the recommended first treatment for depression. A knowledgeable therapist would have recognized the difference between depression and a general medical disorder. Also how many of you saw a General Practitioner versus a Psychiatrist? That is a large issue I see daily is misdiagnosis by a GP. I schedule 16 intake assessments a week and provide initial diagnosis based on reported symptoms but over therapy sessions can normally identify when a diagnosis is warranted.

Really. I don't know what to say. The first one was for prozac withdrawal. Said he had stopped it WEEKS ago. For one Prozac has limited withdrawal potential and second withdrawal effects wouldn't last for weeks. I work in mental health and see people daily on SSRIs. Don't demonize medication to fit an agenda. We don't want guns treated that way. No I did not read all of them, but figured that was the gist of the site.

There is one in Sevierville on Hwy 66, but I don't know what it had. I haven't been in it.

I wish you were in East TN cause. I haven't been able to rabbit hunt since moving from MS and dearly miss it. Heck I would like to just hear some dogs running one.

<blockquote class='ipsBlockquote'data-author="brianhaas" data-cid="875334" data-time="1357244305">
Crime since 1995 has been on a pretty steady and gradual decline. I haven't seen any evidence the ban had any effect in either direction on that. The decline actually slowed significantly after the ban lapsed, but I suspect that's because we had already reached such low crime rates that there wasn't much more downward movement that we were going to see.

Exactly, if gun control had a statistically significant effect on crime rates it should have reversed, not slowed down. Check with a statistician but I think I am correct in that once a significant element is removed behavior returns to previous norms. Of course there are way to many factors to consider...

A question.... I keep hearing about the decrease in crime in 1995 after the first AWB. What were the crime stats in 2005 after it lapsed??? A study should look at all that information (plus a lot more).... According to gun control advocates way of thinking it should have increased drastically......

When writing these letters perhaps the 1997back shooting at Pearl High school in Mississippi should be given as an example of a school shooting that was halted in part by a person with a firearm. Luke Woodham was detained by the assistant principal after the AP had retrieved a pistol from his vehicle. Woodham used a Marlin 336 to kill 2 students and wound several others. He also beat his mother to death. For more information just Google Luke Woodham.

Finally got the bench finished.... This is the final product - The top is made of 2"x4" in a butcher block style. Then has a sheet of plywood over the top. The legs and box frame are 2x6s. I think this bench will hold up to reloading... now I just need to get that Classic turret press. I am still trying to find it in stock somewhere. -
Lee turret or other good press recommendation?
MississippiBoy replied to Sam1's topic in Ammunition and Reloading
I am getting one after the new year hopefully... I think it matches my needs best. Graf and sons had a good price on them and had some in stock last I looked. I have to get my bench built and the holidays over then will get into the reloading. -
Okay, a little history.... Asperger's Disorder (or Asperger syndrome), a form of Autism falls under Pervasive Developmental Disorders. Children and adults with this syndrome have poor social skills and do not interact with others without direct prompting. It is not a personality disorder. For a visual think about the movie "Rainman", that is a poor example. As someone who actually diagnosis mental health disorders, including Autism and Asperger's, I warn you not to believe initial reports. There MAY have been a misunderstanding or misspronounciation for Antisocial personality disorder. That is a personality disorder that show disregard for others, and patterns of criminal activity. One other item.... Asperger's is sometimes misdiagnosed for Schizophrenia.....

Assumptions about gun laws aside. Remember the families that lost their loved ones and the first responders who walked into a room of children who had been shot to death. As a mental health counselor I knowthe the effects will be far reaching for these people. I am sitting here holding my 5 month old asleep in my arms with tears in my eyes for this tragedy. God help them.

The only problem is it is discontinued. At least that is what it says on that link. Here is an electronic scale in a similar price range , anyone have any info on how reliable it is? http://www.grafs.com/retail/catalog/product/productId/5955
