    How many Masons?

Haha, me too... but hey, if someone doesn't want to wear one it's cool with me! Survival of the fittest, right? I mean, anyone who has ever studied population of fruit fly colonies in a Bio 101 class can tell you how dangerous over population can be!

When it comes to things like this, I'm a bit of a Darwinist. I don't think the gov't should place rules and regulations on your choices to endanger yourself. Whether that be seat belts, ciggarettes, drugs, base jumping, whatever...
  3. I was never to good at the guitar either... pick up a bass! I'm sure that's going to get me flamed by some lurking bassist, but I always found it quite a bit easier than the guit-fiddle.

Yeah! That's what they do in Russia!
  5. Powerchords are your friend!
  6. I played in a punk band in high school, so I'll teach you all 3 chords I know

    My New Avatar?

+1 on ignoring 2HOW, we've all seen how much intelligence is displayed in his posts. Second, where are you getting it done? My artist is Mike @ Music City Tattoo. He and his wife run a shop around the midtown/music row area of Nashville, and they both do awesome work. Mike specializes in "Old School" designs, and is a cool guy to talk to. His wife does AWESOME freehand.
  8. I'm pretty sure I'll be showing up, and I'm on the hunt for a single point sling and possibly a flashlight... and maybe a carry handle. Eh, on second thought, I'll take one of everything.
  9. I'm sure somebody somewhere makes a real crap lower, but for the most part a lower is a lower (aside from some of the cast lowers that Olympic made, which I think they quit doing), splurge on the upper
  10. I like the HK style bullet markings on the Spike's, but I've heard great things about Tactical Innovations lowers. They have an adjustable screw that helps to ensure a nice and tight fit between your upper and lower. I'm planning on buying one for my next build. Maybe contact Hero-Gear and see what they've got in-stock.

    Glock 19....used?

    That's a damn good price.
  12. You're that.. uh... "fellow" from Glenwood she's been looking for, no?

A post riddled with grammatical errors declaring someone a retard? Irony?
  14. I'd say you're right on with the Mac. However, if you went with something like an AR, you would have unlimited possibilities of configurations.

    My New Avatar?

So, is this a general aversion to tattoos, or just to the one eyebdam is considering?
  16. Good luck to your son, Tnscoot. If I were him, I'd start training like a triathlete to give myself a competitive edge through 18X.

    My New Avatar?

Hmmm... I don't know the answer to that either, but my artist has repeatedly told me to stay away from oil based lotions skincare products in the healing period, so I would guess that would also extend to while you were getting it done.

    My New Avatar?

Haha, no way. If you can't deal with a little slight discomfort, you cant get one... it's an rule I've got 2. One's on the back of my upper arm, and that didn't hurt at all. The other is on my shoulder, which took about 3 times as long to do, and was slightly more uncomfortable than the one on my arm (probably beause there is less meat there), but still nothing unmanageable. Next up is either my side, inside of my bicep, or my chest (probably pectoral)... If I had unlimited funds and didn't have to worry about employment, I'd probably be pretty well covered
  19. I've done a fair amount of traveling all up and down the east coast... I've never seen a Red Roof Inn in a good part of town.

    My New Avatar?

It's not your first tat, is it? From what I hear, the ribcage hurts baaaaaad... that said, I've been trying to find something for my side
  21. Did you mean "run over" in lieu of "run into"?
  22. I thought it was pretty well produced as well. I found the "SF was once considered the red-headed stepchild of US Armed Forces" bit pretty interesting... I thought SF had always been considered the rock stars of the Armed Forces!
  23. Reminds me of when fuel prices spiked last year... tons of freight companies substantially increased their fuel surcharges. Funny thing is, I don't recall seeing any of those charges being removed or reduced after fuel bottomed out. Not to mention the fact that most of those companies were already paying a locked in price for their fuel
  24. I remember a few years ago, a comedian joked about a "lake of fire" that would ignite at odd intervals, that way, if they made it across they earned it
