I bought my girlfriend some a while back from Friedman's in Nashville. It's a "pepper gel". I bought two canisters, one for her to carry, and one for her to test. I was pretty impressed with delivery of the stuff. Oh, and it also contains UV dyes, making it easier for LEOs to apprehend the suspect even if he washes the gel off. I think a serious flaw in this guy's theory is the fact that, not only would these "new colonizers" be fighting off the inhabitants of their newly acquired lands, but they'll be fighting each other in trying to establish new borders. It just can't happen. Methinks it's wishful thinking on Russia's behalf in regards to their desire for Alaska.

In the hood, ANYTHING expensive is regarded as "tight", no matter how irrelevant it may be. Case in point: Thug A: "You see T's new X-Ray machine?" Thug B: "Nah! Is it tight?!" I guess the silver lining to the wait on Del-Ton orders right now is that if in a couple of weeks you change your mind and want a CL barrel, a rail, a CTR stock, etc, you will be able to edit your order, while retaining your "place in line".
