  1. Wait, did I just make up the EA part, or are they kinda like a producer in this sense? You know, the ones with all the $$ who pay for Infinity Ward's talents? EDIT: Perhaps I got confused from having played Bad Company lately. Which, aside from the destructible environments, isn't so great.
  2. Nah, this one was made by Activision, EA made COD4... and did a damn good job with it.
  3. Haven't run across any yet. On the Russian vs Germans battles, I've been sticking with the Mosin, and definitely rocking the PPSH for CQB. On the US vs Japan battles, I've been mainly sticking w/ the M1, and occasionally the M1919. It's a cool game, but definitely not as good as the EA made Call of Duty 4. The AI isn't as good, and the environments are no where near as good (too many "invisible boundaries").
  4. Got a link? I was looking around their site and didn't see them.
  5. Well, between re-watching Saving Private Ryan for the eleventy-billionth and spending the weekend playing Call of Duty: World at War, it's really hit me: I NEED a C&R license. I NEED Mausers, Mosins, and Garands! Not to mention, the savings from Midway... that's a major plus.
  6. Was in Ashland City Wally World today and they had a butt load of 9mm Blazer Brass, didn't check on availability of anything else.

    Beretta 92 question

Personally, I'd carry it like I'd carry one of my Sigs. One in the pipe, hammer down. That's just what I'm used to though. Hope you enjoy the Beretta, I've had one on my list for a while. The 92FS is a real tack driver.
  8. If the subject interests you, check out Crichton's "State of Fear".
  9. Looks like I'll be shooting Blazer Brass in the near future! My local Wally World usually has the 100rd value packs, seems like they've been climbing in price pretty steadily over the past few months.
  10. Knowing our gov't, they would spend 10x the amount of savings on executing this plan...
  11. So, for those that have done this before, how did you "condition" your brew? In the fridge, or in the closet?
  12. For those with a Glock, I imagine this would be quite handy: http://www.mechtechsys.com/glock.html I'm thinking about picking one up sometime.
  13. As far as food for survival, I'd go with a solid .22LR myself. Survival from zombies? I'm grabbing the AR. A solid shotgun with various loads can't be overlooked in a survival situation either.
  14. Happy New Year to all you folks. My girlfriend and myself are both nice and sick, so we're celebrating just the 2 of us on the couch tonight. Meh, at least I dont have to worry about getting a DUI in the confines of my home
  15. For some reason I prefer the solid trigger. A lot of the skeletonized triggers look too decorative to my eyes.
  16. PM Sent!
  17. I'll be forwarding my resume ASAP.
  18. My neighbor's Belkin works great
  19. Because all that cash is soon to be worthless due to hyper-inflation?
  20. I'm the mayor of Awesometown.
  21. Awesome! Thanks PJ! The kit my GF gifted to me is pretty small and probably considered a very low-buck entry level kit, but I figure it'll be great for learning the ropes and deciding if it's a hobby I want to pursue further, then I'll upgrade my gear Oh, and I'm DEFINETLY interested in those unused bottles and caps!
  22. Pssssh... I'm glad I'm immune to prosecution of the law, unlike all you posers.
  23. Haha, mine certainly doesn't have a bag you have to hang over a door Hopefully it'll turn out decent. I'll be sure to post my results!
  24. My girlfriend bought be a home beer brewing kit for Christmas, and I'm anxious to try my hand at it. Anybody else brew their own?
  25. I think they're still legal for hunting zombies though...
