  1. “I’ve never argued against any technology being used when you have an imminent threat, an active crime going on,” Paul told Cavuto, responding to a question about the Boston Marathon manhunt. “If someone comes out of a liquor store with a weapon and 50 dollars in cash, I don’t care if a drone kills him or a policeman kills him. But it’s different if they want to fly over your hot tub or your yard just because they want to do surveillance on everyone, and they want to watch your activities.” http://www.infowars.com/rand-paul-no-i-didnt-flip-flop-on-domestic-drone-use/ So, he states he is for drone strikes before he was against them. He is a POLITICIAN, just like the rest of them.
  2. Take some pics and post them here please. I'd appreciate seeing history. Like another poster said, do a little research when you are ready to sell and get ballpark prices. This will not only help you see where prices are now but may also jog your memory about what you originally paid.
  3. You know that dude in the video has the trench coat.
  4. Found some 9mm range at Academy for 12.99 today. My LGS had similar for 34.99. I'd rather get from them but that's a big difference. Needless to say that's the first box I've picked up in a while. I'm hoping that as people "pay these prices and pay no more" prices will drop. I'll keep going to both stores and all as I'm sure prices will drop. I'm seeing a little more ammo than last month.
  5. http://www.wate.com/Global/story.asp?s=9009579   local article on possible price fluctuation   I don't think this is related.
  6. It's because they stopped carrying Jeremiah Weed Lemonade. I can't find that stuff anywhere.
  7. http://www.grantcunningham.com/blog.html Here is a cut from Grant Cunningham's blog on the background check bill. His opinion is that overall the bill is benificial to fire arms enthusiasts and a compromise between sides.
  8. Yea man!!!! Best story in a while.
  9. Saw this. Security guard was not trained well if he didn't know the rules of assisted travel. Someone may have complained about reckless driving or the guard is a jerk. Regardless ........ Come on! Leave the guy alone.
  10. http://www.opensecrets.org/pacs/lookup2.php?strID=C00458588   here is how the money was spent. You can believe it or not. She will NEVER win another election.
  11. "believe what you wish"   attack, spin, rinse, wash,
  12. With all due respect, this article is all over the place. We all know how the media is, however you can't deny where SarahPac spends its money. Look up  SarahPAC’s Federal Election Commission filings.      How about here.  http://themoderatevoice.com/179777/quote-of-the-day-anti-consultant-palin-a-santa-clause-to-consultants/comment-page-1/
  13. http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/post-politics/wp/2013/03/29/palin-pac-spends-heavily-on-consultants-little-on-candidates/ So, the maverick is taking donor money meant for republican politicians and giving it to consultants, which is what her "loaded for bear" tour is sort of about. She will never win a public office. Sarah Palin attempted to relaunch her political career and her political action committee, SarahPAC, on Thursday with a Web video called “Loaded for Bear,” which presented the former Alaska governor as the new kingmaker for conservative populists in the GOP. The video riffed off her speech at CPAC, in which Palin railed against “the big consultants, the big money men, and the big bad media.” But there’s an irony alert ahead: the current stated purpose of SarahPAC is to raise money ahead of the 2014 election—most of which will be spent on conservative consultants. Don't believe me? Well, this is a perfect time to page through SarahPAC’s Federal Election Commission filings, which—helpfully enough—were just released yesterday. Seen through the lens of the invaluable Center for Responsive Politics, Palin’s PAC spent $5.1 million in the last election cycle (more than it raised in that time period, raising some questions about Palin’s claims of fiscal responsibility). SarahPAC recently released a new promotional video, titled "Loaded for Bear." But the real news comes when you look at how donors’ money was actually doled out: just $298,500 to candidates. The bulk of the rest of it, more than $4.8 million, went to—you guessed it—consultants. That’s some seriously hypocritical overhead.
  14. Set out your instrument where it's looking at you all the time and when you walk by and have a free minute pick it up. Keep it in your hands when ur watching the tube or what ever. Scales and transcribe. Learn chords and voicings. It's a life long endeavor. Don't feel like you have to learn it all in one month, or year. Practice one thing slow until you can master it. Just like gun training. That in turn will improve everything else you learn. Take some lessons.
  15. http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2013/03/28/new-details-are-released-about-contents-of-the-lanza-house.html   Here is a little more detailed article released 7 or so hours ago.    Kids were shot multiple times.
  16. All great points. However there must be another great candidate out there that the Republican Party can get behind that speaks to those views that many of us share. Palin, for her qualities, will not win an election. She needs to do what she can do to back someone else. I, like many conservatives, are looking for someone. She is not our best choice IMHO.
  17. I just saw 9mm range at my LGS for $26. Way too much but at least they had it.
  18. Sarah Palin has ZERO chance of winning anything. The media has branded her a joke and sold it to the American people. That's what they do. If you ever want to win political offices, my humble advice is to distance yourself from her as much as possible. Love her in private, but stay away in public. The demos would LOVE for her to be a candidate.
  19. This is totally unacceptable.
  20. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/03/28/jon-stewart-obama-on-va-benefits_n_2970741.html I'm not a veteran. I damn sure know that one job the gov MUST get right is the care of our veterans. This is sickening.
  21. Could put the money towards what looked like a 4 or 6 inch revolver.
