  1. See post #5 for update on need   I'm trying to install the USB on my M&P and the rear sight will not budge. I used the supplied assist that came with the DCAEK but it still wont budge. I've used a punch to the extent I'm comfortable with and I don't want to go any harder with it. I've lubed it through the set screw hole and still nothing. Yes, I'm moving it toward the ejection port side. Anyone have a rear sight removal tool I can come borrow for about 3 minutes?
  2. who are you referring to? i've got over 30k rounds of various calibers so i know you're not making an ASSumption about me.
  3. Please see your way out of the thread then. I made the thread because I was personal witness to this guy buying it this morning and I know who he is.
  4. that is the side of me that says do nothing...and i'm not going to.
  5. We're going to start a price war between gas companies!! Everyone should avoid buying gas on Friday!! That'll teach 'em!! Post it on Facebook and get your friends to do the same!! This will work guyz!! That type of stuff?
  6. This   It is like ebay sellers that sell a product for $1 then charge $45 shipping to get the $46 they want for a product. Same story, different day.
  7. People standing in line are doing it b/c that is what they have to do to be able to get ammo these days. How are they the problem for doing it and shooting as opposed to someone that catches a box as they're getting groceries in Walmart?
  8. It just really chaps my a55 since we were all standing in line and talking about how bad the ammo situation is and talking about how people flipping ammo is only making it 1000 times worse. He went right along with it.
  9. Is now flipping it on armslist for $100 profit. I know this happens all the time but this time I was in line with this guy and know how/where he got it b/c this ammo has been sold out forever. Hmmmm...what do I want to do with this situation. Part of me says nothing, part of me says something.
  10. How were you going to buy from them living in Tennessee?
  11. Come one guys, with as many people as there are on here, someone has to have access to a true mill so we could have some fellowship.
  12. I had a problem with brass to the face with my new m&p9. I took the extractor out, cleaned it, reinstalled it, flexed the spring a few times and now it ejects at 3 o'clock. I was also having problems with it shooting about 6" low for the first 50 rounds. Brought it home, cleaned and lubed it and now it shoots as true as my glocks (given you understand the differences in the sights). I think the m&p feels better in my hands than my glocks do, but I still need 500 rounds through it before I'll carry it.
  13. That's what I figured. Just curious if anyone actually uses the FFA.
  14. I'm just curious how they operate for us Tennesseeans with the FFA and all.
  15. They can keep them as far as I'm concerned. That is twice the price I bought them for in December.
  16. I joined a little late for this, so do you think there will be an opportunity to be able to speak for one?
  17. last news I saw they were having problems with the company that was going to make them. I haven't seen anything since then.
  18. Olivet Baptist Church in Chattanooga is having a "town hall" meeting tonight to discuss "stand your ground" laws. The news has already had a story on it and showed the pastor talking and saying, "These laws have got to change, but for them to change we all have to be registered to vote." We need to continue with our own education about why these laws are needed. Why anyone would want to be required to flee before defending yourself is beyond me. The only thing I can think of is that all of these people are severely misinformed to what these laws are used for and how they had zero to do with the Zimmerman case.
  19. I can use for about 10 minutes? Need to grind down a FSB to a low profile gas block. I've already cut it, I just need to shape it.
  20. The two local Walmarts I visit do not sell guns
  21. Yeah it never really stopped and it won't. It'll continue until they're are heavy limitations
