  1. all three guns have legit slings on them  ;)
  2. Was the one guy getting deployed straight to Iraq when he left the range?
  3. There is a 45 degree lever coming out for them also.
  4. Price is about $50. They have numerous selectors to choose from also. It really is a greatly thought out safety. They paid attention to all the details.

    BAD-ASS

It is more than the name of the product, it is the description! I got my selector in the mail today, and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of work that went into this safety. The build quality and attention to details is outstanding...right down to the BAD INC on the screw heads. This one went into a pistol and I'm sold on one for my rifle to replace another ambi safety. This thing, and the company rocks! Top notch customer support and products.
  6. wtf is wf-site.com? If you go to www.wf-site.com it doesn't even come up. Looks like a scam to me.
  7. Forget that nasty, store bought, pimento cheese SPREAD. That garbage isn't worth putting in your body. Make your own pimento cheese.
  8. Wasn't there a thread in here that had a bunch of people adding to it with their date information?
  9. Nope! I'll continue to buy TulAmmo from Walmart for $.60 more.
  10. I want the law, that's what was provided. Only an idiot would think that the police can't arrest you for something else. That's just common sense.
  11. Well my sincerest and most humble apologies kind sir. I'm sure it is quite difficult to determine to intent behind simple words on a computer screen without seeing a person's body language or voice leaving it to be subjectively interpreted by the reader. I do apologize for the misinterpretation.
  12. So you called a responding agency and asked for the legalities of shooting on your land?
  13. And that proves exactly what I was saying. Why ask someone that may either be against it or flat out not know, but pretends he/she does? I'd rather find actual law and people that have experience in it.
  14. Who's uppity? :ugh: Yeah, he gave a response and it isn't what I'm looking for. Next...
  15. And have a 50/50 risk of someone being anti-gun and not actually going on what the law is simply "because it could be dangerous"? No thanks.
  16. I've seen many threads about people shooting (safely) on their own land, and it always comes up about being outside of city limits. My wife and I are about to start looking for land to build a house and would like to be able to shoot some steel on my own land. Obviously it would be done with a safe back stop (large dirt mound) and I would be shooting suppressed (just to help with the sound, but not that anyone will be close). I'm curious about legal statutes, city limit maps (Chattanooga), and experiences anyone has with this.
  17. Many rails have an inner diameter that will not allow clamp on gas blocks to be used.
  18. FSB is pinned for proper alignment already. That alone is worth the 15-30 minutes it would take to shave it. That knocks out having to verify alignment, dimpling for the set screws, etc that comes with a new gas block, on top of ordering and waiting for it to come. I did it because I like doing things with my hands and it was more fun making it than buying it. Also, my barrel has two holes from the pins for the FSB that I didn't want showing, and my barrel isn't parkerized where the FSB mates. I would have a shiny ring showing on the barrel.
  19. Not at all. What are you trying to compare to give you this conclusion?
  20. If his FSB is pinned it would be a much better choice than buying a micro gas block.   Tanzoid, if you have a dremel with a cutting wheel and a bench or angle grinder it really shouldn't take you more than 30 minutes to cut it, shave it, and paint it to fit. I did it for the one that came on my carbine to fit a MI Gen 2 SS rail.
  21. Wondering if there are any in Chattanooga.
