  1. My wife's has some times where the slide doesn't lock back after the last round. It is annoying.
  2. Holy crap! What do you drive or how far do you have to drive to get ammo? For $10 worth of gas, at 20 mpg, you would have to drive 60 miles to burn $10 worth of gas.
  3. Additional money 8-12 month wait Hassle to take it out of state Paperwork trail for another unconstitutional "registration" Some states don't allow SBRs   There are plenty reasons why someone would go for this over filing for a SBR, and floppy is not a word to describe the brace at all.
  4. Talked to a local sporting goods dept employee and he said they're going to continue to put out ammo in the morning because, "it's a good system that works for us". My response was, "oh, you don't have people waiting for ammo every morning with the intent to resell it?" He didn't have a response to that.
  5. Build it and send it to BATF with explanation of item for their consideration
  6. I like how he nearly shot himself in the leg at 3:51
  7. Does Tennessee allow for challenging the EMT-B certification exam if you've got an advanced degree?
  8. Not what I expected. I expected the thread to go like this...     Top Shot Winner Chris Cheng Came Out Today "So I was at my local gun shop and Chris Cheng came out to greet everyone and do a little shooting. He's a great guy!"
  9. I've got a handled griddle I use for paninis, a couple 5" used for skillet cookies, and a square 7" for random other stuff
  10. Your fellow Nighstalkers? So you're in SOAR?
  11. Did you tell the person you sold it to that it was having problems?
  12. I'm glad I'm not poor to have to worry about the "savings" for Black Friday
  13. doesn't mean they wont take that 1k and split it into smaller amounts and resell them
  14. I have a Power Custom hammer/sear in mine. It is < 3# and feels great. I made my own over travel screw through the factory trigger.
  15. She really likes the way it feels in her hand at the store, but she doesn't want to buy it as a carry gun if she doesn't like the way it shoots. I don't know anyone that owns one and there aren't any local ranges that have a rental. Any ideas? We're in Chattanooga.
  16. I've got some X/S big dots I'm going to put on my M&P9 FS. I remember how much of a pain the rear was to remove when I installed the DCAEK and I'd like to see if someone can help me with the front b/c I don't want to break the tritium vial when reinstalling the front.   Edit: Nevermind. I used a c-clamp and clamped it to a desk and got the front sight out. That sucker was a PITA!! The rear only took two hits since I took it out with the DCAEK. Got the new sights on and ready for the range.
  17. I'm going to bump this. I bought some XS big dots for my M&P and I don't want to have to pound on the new sights to get them in place so I'm going to attempt to go via sight pusher b/c I don't want to break the tritium vial.
  18. When I got my permit in 2006 I wasn't allowed to group like that. I had to purposefully spread them out so that each round could be counted and verified that it hit the target.
  19. This   and walmart has started to sell the white box Estate 12g 00buck for about .80 cents a round
  20.   I finally got it. It was a pain in the rump to get out. I resorted to unorthodox methods, but I finally got it out, did what I needed to do, and put it back in. It is a new gun so I've read they are super hard to get out w/o a pusher
