  1. Dang! Now that is a response and a heck of a rebuttal! I want you to write my opinions from now on!
  2. When I was started rehabbing my house, I sent my buddy under the house to help me with some plumbing. He started yelling and when I shined the light down he said it look like a million little demons were looking at him! The whole underneath of the house was covered in those buggers!
  3. Walther. If only they can get the ever elusive P99 QA in 9mm!
  4. When I was pastoring in Arkansas I had an older man (late 60's) get bite on the right testicle! evidently it was in his pants when he put them on. I didn't see it but the doctors told me he was lucky to be alive. caused a lot of damage that took nearly a year to get over.
  5. as long as they aren't Brown Recluses or Black Widows they are fine by me. I hate the bugs they eat more! On a side note. In NW Arkansas the tarantulas used to migrate every so often. Imagine millions of tarantulas moving at top speed like a wave! Freaky!

    FN SCAR?

I don't understand the hoopla about these. I can think of other rifles that do the same, cost less, and look a heck of a lot better.
  7. Close. It simply means no ruling government religious denomination, i.e. the Catholic or Anglican models of Europe. It does encourage "religion" by the government as a reflection of society. During the founding days the vast majority of Americans were closely linked ie, Protestant, while maintaining differences in practice. Since we have all but abandoned those founding principles we have what we have today - moral relativism/human secularism fighting against judeo christian values.
  8. especially those stinkin detent pins!
  9. I've found "squeezing" the pin in works better and will avoid breaking it.
  10. He doesn't even lip sink well!
  11. You like the flashy stuff don't you! That would go great with those engraved 10mm Smith's you like!
  12. Imagine if she ever hit a dog or something! She definitely wouldn't make it on the farm!
  13. Since you guys are new, I'll let you in something. Bill Bernstein, aka The Rabbi, was permanently banned a while back. The details can be found by doing a search for The Rabbi. He is generally not brought up here to avoid heated conflicts.
  14. That was about as exciting as reading the same threads over and over again!
  15. The Kel-Tecs already have a clip as do some of the others that mount above the grip panels. It would seem like these would negatively affect handling and be in the way. Plus it would seem to carry the pistol off balanced due to te clip being so far down on the grip. Not to mention the price!
  16. Probably not the best way to check your status!
  17. Is this like the grown mans "fort"/clubhouse?
  18. +1. I'd be really nervous about shooting +p .40. Most kabooms you hear of are standard load .40.
  19. I bet your chiropractor loves you!
  20. Oh man! You're making me wish I had my bike back, but after my wreck the wife says NO! That being said, I'd go with the Marauder, followed by the SV650. The DRZ400SM would make a great 2nd bike, but like you said I wouldn't want to ride it all day around town or commuting.
  21. Gold Dot's have a short barrel specific version that should work well. as far as the others, I don't think you'll have much problem with the +p loadings.
  22. I have found that most of the studies are now showing any of the new stuff works. Some of the older designs have flaws. Here are some good resources to look at. http://frag.110mb.com/ http://stevespages.com/page8f9mmluger.html I'd carry HST 124g +p or 124g +p Ranger-T if I could find them. I also use Hornady Tap 124g because they seem to be available.
  23. Personally I've been in the ministry all my life and I have never been to a church that had signs or even a policy of any kind concerning guns and I've been to all sorts of churches all over the country. Curious that you found one that singles it out.
  24. I bought an XD from Tim about 2 years ago and he was excellent. The one I had gotten was an older one without the melonite treatment and he allowed me to exchange it, even though it was against their policy, for a newer one with the melonite. Prices are decent not great, but I have yet to be able to find better ammo prices, even online.
  25. You can't beat a converted Saiga.
