  1. Well I had that all out of sorts then. Guns laws are so confusing and everybody says something different. We just need to get rid of all of them! well, at least a bunch of them.
  2. Yeah and Russia will still be bringing them in as well as Poland, CZ is bringing their 58 in, ect........ I wouldn't worry about it. I remember them saying that the FEG PA-63 was rare and hard to find collectors item that would soon be gone forever. I see them all over the place now and for next to nothing.
  3. You'll also have to add a few more US parts to make it "legal". The Sure Fire mags alone are not enough and in fact make it illegal. Although I agree with Rabbi, I doubt it will ever be an issue for you.

CZ's have an excellent reputation. It is a steel frame and will be considerably heavier than a polymer (XD, Glock, ect.) gun. I'm looking at getting one myself one of these days.

He's got the DPMS kits in there as well. I think they were around $60. I've used them in the last two and have been fine. One had a better trigger than the other, but I intend to get a RRA replacement anyway.
  6. Yeah and that's why normal civilians don't have them!
  7. I carry a Glock 7 taped to my back on top of the trauma plates, an AOW shotty under my duster and a HK G3 in a guitar case that also serves as mag storage and an armored shield. The cool thing is I can shoot the G3 without taken it out of the case. "Desperado" stole the idea from me! Do you think I have adequate protection?
  8. did someone get the Dad as he came over....by accident of course?

That is what we are talking about. It is not very hard. I had the same questions on my first one and it did take me a lot longer than the second, but it was still very easy and no special tools are required. The lowers Rabbi has now are good ones and you can't beat the price.

Get the cheapest lower you can they are basically all the same and don't really do anything as far as making the rifle better or worse. Spend on the barrel and upper, that's where it will show up.
  12. If it's any US made mag...there's your problem. Get some of the Bulgarian waffles. The best you can get. They are more expensive, but worth it.
  13. Go for it!
  14. No kidding. I use to get Blazer 9mm for $6.86 per 50 2 months ago....yesterday it was $9.99! Academy no longer whips Wally world for Blazer.
  15. I think the Belgians need to work on their PR skills a little. His accent cracked me up. Seriously though I think that was Borat's Belgian cousin....Hi!

That's because they generally stay over at glocktalk, where dissent is not allowed by the unsanctified non glockers. In the real world, and other forums, the koolaid isn't as good .
  21. Correct me if I'm wrong ( and I'm sure he will), but Mars doesn't like Glocks as much, for safety reasons. the XD is a safer gun than the Glock.
  22. Yeah, I really wish the overall look would come back. Just a great piece of utilitarian clothing and great carrying options!
  23. Yeah I was torn about trying them. I think it is going to be either love or hate. If I don't like I will send them back for something more conventional.
  24. They are Ivorywood, not ivory. I don't particularly like Ivory either on blue, but these seem like they might work.
