I would like to begin with prayers for the young mans family for their loss. There is always a lot of pain when a child is lost, especially so needlessly. Now as far as a person running from police when stopped. I have never understood why they do that. Running for any reason is only going to make the situation worse......JNHO

Heart disease runs in that family. She did outlive her father by about 10 years. He was about 42 when he died of a heart attack. Prayers going out to the family !!!

There has always been dreamers wanting to invent the next great discovery. The point was already brought up about the batteries and how do they dispose of the batteries when they go bad or just wear out. They are still trying to figure out the safest way to discard the plain 12 volt batteries in todays cars and trucks!! I am still driving a 1996 Jeep Cherokee with a 4.0 inline 6 cylinder that runs great that I will be passing down to my son when I can no longer drive and he has always like it and has began a few years back buying parts and putting them is storage for the Jeep that would normally wear out so he can fix it if it breaks down. He is an ASE certified Mechanic and is the one that fixes it now and services it when it needs it. I will never own an EV cause at my age I will have grass covering me before they perfect them.

It's like everything else the government does. They put the cart before the horse!!! California is going to try and force people to buy EV's and they can't even charge all the ones people already own. They have passed laws preventing semi trucks made before the year 2008 from entering the state to deliver goods and services and creating shortages of many goods to stores for consumers!!!!!!!

A friend of mine bought an EV F150 and was not made aware that he should not run the heater when it got cold when he was talking with the salesman. He ended up returning it to the dealer and before he was done with them he left with a 2023 gas burning F150 and a refund for the difference between the cost of the two trucks. Now all the salesmen at that dealership is required to tell any potential buyers about the heater issue.

Has anyone else seen the notice Ford has been posting telling people that own the F-150 EV Ford not to use the trucks heater in cold weather because it will kill the battery prematurely and cause the truck battery to need to be charged prematurely. They recommend using the heated seats and heated steering wheel when in cold weather. I don't know about anyone else but if I paid that kind of money they are charging for them and I could not use the heater they would be refunding me my money + my lawyers fees and anything else like a vehicle to replace my trade in if there was one..........JMHO

The problem with the judicial today is in most cases the charge does not fit the crime. This punk took another humans life during the commission of a crime and got charged with 2nd degree murder. It should have been 1st degree murder. Then we have all these bleeding heart liberals in position to grant pardons to criminals that don't deserve one regardless how hard the family of the victim fight to keep them locked upped. If a bad guy is sentenced to 10 years or 20 years they should serve everyday of the sentence.....JMHO

Every time I hear someone say Nashville on the Grow I cringe!! Did we need a new Soccer field? Do the Titans need a new 2 billion dollar Stadium? Did the Nashville Sounds need a new Base Ball Park? That is money that could be spent on the infrastructure that would benefit everyone and not just sport nuts!!! All these sports teams had places to play their games and people could attend to watch! I have said it before and I will say it again. The money people won't be happy until the entire country has asphalt or concrete and no place for Farmers to grow food that people need to live!!!

The reason for the gun policy is because the home Office for Walgreens is located in Chicago Illinois. I use to have an article about Walgreens settling a multi million dollar lawsuit that was filed by 3 former customers that were injured by two robbers that had knives and not guns and they sued Walgreens for not keeping them safe while they shopped in the store. Walgreens has always had a no gun policy even back in the 1950's.

I was not really expecting any gifts. When ever anyone ask me what I wanted I told them I wanted 1 pound of tightly packed $5.00 bills. I have not got a gift yet ???

If it were me I would have filed Felony Fraud and Felony Breach of trust charges against the exec's of the company. That way the District Attorney of that small town can reach out to the DA in the city or town where the home office is located and ask for his help in the case.....JMHO

If I was to make a list of the times I have been in the hospital it would read more like a book. Ever since I got hit by that track back in 1978 I have been in the hospital 11 times. I have had 6 Hernia surgeries, which finally ended my ability to work. I had a stroke in 2000, a heart attack in 2006 and got 2 stints put in. abdominal aortic aneurysm in 2015 that got stinted and then the heart attack and double bypass in 2019. I may have missed something but I think folks can get the idea. I really don't like hospitals. I don't remember exactly when I made my Will and my Living Will but I also made and paid for my burial so my family will not have to make those decisions. I have had doctors tell me I am a walking medical miracle and I tell them no, I'm still here by the grace of GOD.

I had open heart double bypass in 2019 and was blessed with a good recovery and I'm still here.

I hope I am worthy of his grace and I have a spot reserved in Paradise. I'm also glad you are still with us today Pop Pop!!!!
