In my opinion you could pick about 90% of the politicians in Washington DC right now and you would either get a tyrant or a fool so good luck finding someone that could replace both of them...............jmho

I only have 1 Visa debit card and have never been hacked in over 15 years but I don't keep enough money in the debit account that anyone would get anything. My Social Security deposit goes into a savings account and if I want to buy something I go on line and make transfer to debit card account and make purchase and it is taken out of account right then. I also have a bank protection program that if anything is purchased that I dispute the money is put back in my account in 24 hours. Sorry to hear about so many folks having credit card issues but it seems to have become the way of the world...............jmho

Believe me when I say that our politicians are very aware of the fact that well over 200 millions Americans own guns with most owning several. They also know that WE THE PEOPLE will not just roll over and allow them to enslave us. They also know they cannot trust the military to turn on the American people because it would mean turning on their our families which we all know for the most part will not happen. So along with the 200 + million guns in the civilian force when the military makes it's decision to defend the country against a domestic enemy( the Washington politicians) I would guess that Homeland Security will probably pee their pants and run and hide. I have heard far to many conversations from people I know that are serving right now in our military that have no intentions of turning on their own families. But will in turn stand beside them in battle. Our elected officials know this and will make sure that the UN Treaty is not ratified. Plus the Supreme Court has already ruled that the 2nd Amendment shall stand as a law of the land and upheld it in our Constitution..............jmho

Homeland Security to purchase “riot expansion kits” & 240,000 pepper spray projectiles as agency prepares for domestic unrest The Department of Homeland Security is increasing its preparations for domestic unrest by spending half a million dollars on fully automatic pepper spray launchers and projectiles that are designed to be used during riot control situations. In an announcement of a no bid contract posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website, the federal agency signals its intention to purchase nearly 240,000 pepper spray projectiles, 100 pepper spray launchers, as well as 36 “riot expansion kits”. The PepperBall TAC-700 pepper spray launcher “features full auto, semi-auto, or 3 round burst providing up to 700 rounds per minute,”according to the company which will provide the DHS with the weapons. It is also “accurate to 60 feet with area saturation up to 150 feet.” The weapon is routinely used in riot control situations around the world. According to a video demonstration, the TAC-700 has a “strong psychological influence” on the people it is being used against because it is so loud and sounds like an automatic machine gun. Although the weapons are being purchased by Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the document makes it clear that they will be used to train Federal Protective Service (FPS) agents. The total cost of the contract amounts to $498,970 dollars and mandates that delivery of the weapons will be made within 60 days of the award. Although the contract states that the pepper spray projectiles will be used for “training purposes,” 117,000 of them are inert compared to 120,000 “Live X Projectiles,” which are the most powerful projectiles available on PepperBall’s website, and are designed to be used during riot control situations. The “riot expansion kits” being purchased by the DHS are holsters that accompany the PepperBall products and can be used to store projectiles. According to one website, they represent, “the perfect non-lethal crowd management tool for gaining compliance over rioters, organized protesters, and unlawful assemblies,” and can be used to, “Gain psychological advantage over unruly crowds.” The purchase of these items sends another clear signal that the DHS is preparing for some form of civil disorder. In June it emerged that the DHS was purchasing top of the range body armor and helmets for FPS guards as part of preparations for “riot control situations.” This followed a controversial drill last year dubbed “Operation Shield,” during which FPS agents armed with semiautomatic guns were posted outside a Social Security office in Florida. The unannounced exercise centered around “detecting the presence of unauthorized persons and potentially disruptive or dangerous activities.” Residents were forced to show identification papers to the guards during the drill. Back in May, FPS guards were stationed outside an IRS building in St. Louis during a Tea Party demonstration, and the DHS has also used its sub-branch to spy on protesters. As we reported last week, Homeland Security is spending $80 million dollars on hiring armed guards in New York to be used during “public demonstration(s),” as well as “civil disturbances, or other unanticipated events on an as-needed basis.” Fox News host Neil Cavuto speculated that the guards could be linked to cuts in food stamp benefits set to take effect on November 1st.  

Well they have not mentioned if the guilty people have been arrested or even if they have any clues yet about it. Was it just a home invasion gone bad or was it a deliberate act knowing who's home it was? Guess we will just have to wait and learn information as it is released.......jmho

I think a lot of it has to do with his intelligence tnguy. The man is a well respected speaker and can back up anything he says with stats and proof. He has written a few books recently that have drawn major attention to what is going on it the country today with facts.............jmho

I have seen the blame game stated in other previous elections. When Ross Perot ran on a third party ticket the loser claimed that has Ross not ran he would have gotten those votes. The loser could not prove that. Those may have been just more votes to the winner.  Even in that election many folks back then showed a desire to have a third party because Ross did get a large number of votes.............jmho

I primarily have all my 380's loaded with FMJ's. Like folks here said, need penetration and with winter coming on and more folks wearing heavier clothing I changed out my HP's the other day and loaded all with FMJ's. Going to the range on Monday or Tuesday since it has been over a month since I have done any practicing. Need to see how these Fiocchi's perform in my Llama since it is an older gun and have not fired any through it yet. I really like my Llama a lot but carry my Bersa's and Llama is by bedside defense weapon most of the time.

I say if Obama can be President of the United States with one American parent and one Foreign parent then Ted Cruz should have that same right to be President.  Ted Cruz accomplished a lot more than people realized with his filibuster and that was he exposed how bad the ACA would be and he was correct and as time goes by on the train wreck of it more and more people are going to realize that he was right about it. Sticker shock waves are moving at the speed of sound through out the country and as people begin realizing just how right Cruz was in exposing the plan for what it is and not what people were told it would be by Obama many of the Democrats that right up to it's release on 10/1 are not scrambling and running away and trying to figure out how to distance themselves from it. I think it's to little to late for many of them up in 2014. The American people are waking up by the 1000's to the fact that they were blatantly flat out lied to by Obama and his administration not only of the ACA but now more news medias are questioning the Fast and Furious cover up, The Benghazi  Cover up, The NSA coverup, The FBI Cover Up, and as those begin to come back on the scene in the different news medias more and more people will be waking up to just what has really been going on behind the scenes in this Washington DC administration and Obama's ratings will be even deeper in the cellar. Some Democrats up for election in 2014 have even asked the President not to come to their states and politic for them. They said they don't need his help.  I think and hope the writing is on the wall for many of them and they know it...............jmho 

Every show I have ever been to they check our guns at the door to make sure they are not loaded. Sounds like someone dropped the ball at that show and could have cost someone their life.  If I pick up a gun on a table to look at , first thing I do is check and make sure it is not loaded. Just a habit I got into many years ago and still do today. Only someone with a few brain cells not working would just pick up a gun off a table and pull the trigger. Maybe a person that would do that does not need to own a gun...........jmho

Well thanks for all the ideas on 380 ammo. I wish I could get a gel test on the Fiocchi  ammo as I do have a rather good supply of it in both FMJ and HP's. Back when I first bought my first Bersa I shot PMC FMJ and was pleased with it but thought there might be something better out there so began buying up many different brands of ammo. When I finally made a decision I settled on Fiocchi and that is what I stocked up on. I am pretty sure that it will give me the penetration I am looking for and I think it will swell up enough to have a good impact and take down. I guess I will find out if I even need to use it but would be to late if it does not do the job............jmho

I am really beginning to hate GUN FREE ZONES!!!! They are actually becoming the most dangerous places to be at any time day or night. I am actually making it a point to avoid every one of them. I use to drop my packages off at the post office when I was shipping baits. Now any packages I ship they pick them up at my house. I avoid any restaurants with signs up. I avoid any department stores that have signs up. If it is posted I don't go there period................jmho

I was thinking something similar TO. Lets see if he is a TSA employee and if he is we can blame to Feds for their very poor background checks on their own employees and they say he owned what is said to be an assault weapon in California. I wonder how big the magazine was he used because they are suppose to not be allowed to have mags bigger then 10 rounds which would be another black eye on Feinsteins gun assault...........jmho
