  1. I have all my IRA and Roth money along with a shared taxable account in VanGuard and all my wife's IRA and Roth money in Fidelity. Both very good companies and easy to transfer money into their system. Just call them and they will talk you through it and send you all the forms you need to fill out. I choose to split our funds even though we consider it all our money not his and hers because of the all eggs one basket rule. I have considered combining them several times but haven't bothered and if for some reason one has a computer problem or something else that locks me out for a time we have plenty in the other to get by on.
  2. Wife and I both early voted last week mainly because since they changed the polling place around the early voting place is closer than our new regular voting place. Old place was only 3 miles away and covered a small enough area that 6 people in line was a crowd. I stick the "I Voted" stickers on my gun safe to remind me why it is important to vote.
  3. Was watching a TV show the other night and they mad a big deal out of the fact that the bad guys were using Russian Silent Ammunition so it had to be former KGB. The whole thing sounded pretty unbelievable so I of course had to do a web search and it was real, not as great as they made it out to be but real. An interesting read, also needs a special gun to shoot it but interesting. https://www.forgottenweapons.com/russian-silent-ammunition/

  5. If we assume Biden has someone pulling the strings would we expect any change at that level if Harris was president?
  6. Movie outage?
  7. Italian armored tractors used on the Ethiopian front in 1941, during the assault of Gondar fortress. Based on Caterpillar RD6 and armed with six 7.92mm machineguns
  8. Interesting how excited we get when gas goes under $4 when that was what it was back in the Spring and it was $2 cheaper 2 years ago.
  9. Interesting that both rifles appear too have tape on the stock.
  10. Probably not what you want, but I need some tall saw horse for a project so I bought sawhorse brackets that fold and used longer 2X4s to get the hight I wanted. Later when I needed a portable shooting stand I took a piece of 3/4" plywood about a foot wide and screwed two 2x4s to the bottom space apart to slide over the cross 2X4 of the saw horse. I then drilled a hole through all three 2X4s and put a carriage bolt through with a wing nut. Makes it easy to take off when I need the saw horse. I covered the plywood with carpet. I have had one of these portable shooting stands on my Amazon wish list for awhile https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B000F5UOYW/?coliid=I31794AWEID85M&colid=UQ7EGBL6F9V9&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it
