  1. Over there, duh!
  2. Since I'm single, have no job, and am independently wealthy; I just grab one of my 5 gallon buckets, caliber of choice, and head out to shoot......wait.....(head shake)......good morning....what a dream..... I gotta go now, my wife is yelling at me because I'm late for work.
  3. Everyone says you need to work up to the "right" load. I have to agree! I'm waiting for a crono to see what I'm getting out of my first loads. This will help me understand where to settle on the "perfect" load. As for the mistakes, I've always learned from them. Have fun, and watch the clock!
  4. This is actually part of my workout gym.....

If you're ever at the Owl Hollow, I'll give you the chance to slay some zombies with a crome .50ae with a little custom kick!!!!!
  6. For those kind of prices they must go into the ar-thinggy gun.......
  7. You should get a bunch of responces to this post. I suggest that you get the ABC's of reloading, read a couple of times. This will be the greatest asset of your new "hobby"!!!!
  8. I think ya'll are confused!!! There are obvioulsy twins that run this place......
  9. 2,523,965 so far 96% y 3% n 1% bedwetters
  10. 8K is HUGE!!! Though not that unreachable now that I have the 650 pumpin out huge amounts of 45. I guess I'll have to test the longevity....I'll give you a report if any thing ever goes wrong.
  11. So after a bunch of research on the 1911's I've finally come up with the final answer. This was my first GunBroker deal and was easier than expected. I found many people questioning the reliablity and quality of recent Kimber's, well this one seems to have proven itself after 10yrs old and 8k down the pipe. Along with the deal were 3 mags, bore snake, new wolf spring(16lbs). No oem handgrips, no box or papers, but a clean serial numbe. What kind of a deal was this, for $680.01$ Opinions are welcome......hit me!!!
  12. FedEx always leaves it at my doorstep without a signature, so just use my address...though no gaurantees you'll get the exact amount you ordered. ....for the 9mm....if you can make a drive to the Outpost, they had a pallet full of 1k boxes. I don't recall the exact price, ~$390.00, call before you quote me.
  13. I'll attest to the awesome deal!!! At the counter when I was being "sold" my first handgun, S&W MP9, the guy said "oh...and you can use the rebate which gets you two additional mags!"....I thought wow, what a sales pitch....(Would I buy a car if it came with 2 more spare tires?).......sold on the gun!!!.....mags came about 4-6weeks later.......BHO came into power......mags went up.....happy loyal customer.
  14. I like showing up at the range with a self made can of heat, .45 230gr RN. You can shoot until your hand hurts.
  15. I think a kinetic hammer should be on your list of items to purchase. Its always nice to salvage a bullet every now and again. JMTC
  16. Like I said....I already knew the answer...just didn't want to take a 45 min drive to exchange them. Anybody want to buy 3K of CCI 350's??
  17. I know when you ask question, you most likely already know the answer. So here goes! I just got back from the Bench and looked at my purchase of 3K primers. They are CCI's 350 (large pistol magnum). I thought I had purchased the 300's(large pistol). So the question is, would anyone here use the 350 instead of the 300 for .45 auto 200gr SWC with win-231? Thanks for the opinions ahead of time.
  18. MusicMan, Check this out....I just posted It http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/showthread.php?t=17748&page=3 What are you talking about with the wheely's taking more than an auto. I'd love to here how to get a little more umph/ft/sec??? Oh..if you live close enough to check out the new machine, we can drink the blue kool-aid together.
  19. Take a look at my new set up!!!!! Just got finished setting up my 650. I put out about 100 rounds in 6 hours. Now that's it up an running....watch out zombies:D
  20. A 625 is an awsome piece.....here's a picture of a FTF at an R&K downtown for $475.
  21. I'm in the same boat as for cost..... You should search this forum for the name "Uselton's." Let us know what you find. Welcome to the site!!
  22. Looks like I'm going to have to get an XD45 to see if I will have the same problem.
  23. Welcome to the group. (south Franklin myself)
  24. I got back from the Expo in Franklin. Just as predicted....nothing really of interest. Ammo sales are still jacked up....that probably why there were so many cases still sitting there mid day. I figure it's like going to the museum, $10 to look around. A little history and some education.
  25. I think you have to use about a 100 grit on your hands, then it might grip better. The first and best 9mm I've ever purchased!!!!
