looks to me like the little cuties are starting the art of being tattoo'd and tattoo'ing rather early. It will continue into adulthood and who knows what they will have drawn on their bodys. Congrats on the little one's, they do grow up fast, mines....29! Not bad since I'm only 39 myself

i'm such a dashing chap that i can't take the extra attention. as if my boyish good looks weren't enough, there's that slightly round belly and rather baldy head. man, i'm a sexy beast.......

Like mine alot. Need to practice more with it, I'm not as accurate with it as I am the XD-9. Little more kick, but great carry pistol. And yes they are hard to find so you'd better buy it if you find it.....

my wife is not very "sports minded" as she calls it. what she's actually saying is she lacks coordination. guns & shooting is not her thang. She has stated she has no desire to take a handgun class or carry, even though she's had her purse yanked from her shoulder and she was almost dragged into a passing car by the perps who grabbed the purse. She just "doesn't feel comfortable". I have to be OK with that. IMHO, if your wife doen't want to carry, don't press the issue. That might be an accident waiting to happen. When you begin to carry a pistol around, as we all know, we have become much more safety minded and much more aware of who & what's around us. Its an added responsibility and not everyone want's an added responsibility. So, if she wants to carry - fine, if not - that's fine too. You can just play like she's the rock star & you are her body guard. That would make a great movie.....

I believe that same clerk told me last week "THE SKY IS FALLING!!!"" -
the wife & i were naked in bed the other night. she said, "I'll do something really different if you let me tie you to the bed.." So I agreed. After she had securely tied me she puts her clothes on and goes shopping. And then the fight started....

those famous words go right along with, "oh, its only a cold sore"....... oh the stupidity of the masses, "are we like sheep who have gone astray", and we all know he's the messiah. Well, bend over boys & girls - the great Obama screw is a comin!!!

I've purchased two holsters from High Noon Holsters, the "Split Decision". It is IWB holster with a 15 degree cant, black, shirt is tuckable between holster and "J" clip, with reverse "J" clip. One for XD9 and PF9. Check them out @ www.highnoonholsters.com I've been carrying for over a week with one and nobody has noticed, yet.... Good prices and quick shipping if the holster you want is in stock. Just my worth!

PF-9...great little carry gun. put about 200 rounds thru mine, 1 FTE, flawless b sides that. PF-9 is just the right size

that counts for being a perv...real men who carry don't cruise through the ladies undergarments, they linger..... Congrats to all who recently received their permits. Walk tall, carry well, it will become routine after about a week. May the force be with you....

this is true, interesting thing for myself.....have been testing the waters with carry, always concealed, generic OWB holster for .38 special trying to use it IWB (very uncomfortable), i've told no one not even the wife. we went shopping yesterday to Kohl's (no postings) and it was IWB small of back (ouch) covered by jacket. we were shopping for jeans for myself and the wife ask me what size the jeans were i had on, i replied she couldn't look right now (so's not to freak out people around us) and she starting grabbing to find the tag, and I repeated myself but she insisted, so "hello, everybody look at my gun!!". after she saw it and caught on, she said "oh, you have your gun on you?". So, moral of the story is, 99.9% of the time, no one's going to know when you carry concealed. Relax, think of it as your wallet with fire power.

could have been as in "you were carrying and almost found yourself in this situation", or could have been as in "had I been in this situation"? I'm going with the latter because I know no one here has or would carry w/o a permit....

do you carry at home...part II

prior to obtaining a pistol or permit, the wife and I came down the stairs to go to work one morning and a guy in camo's was standing in my living room. He had been inside long enough to find the kitchen and help himself to some coffee. When getting to the bottom of the stairs and seeing him, my first thought was " today's our day". fortunately, he was only a wayward soul who had got locked out of his halfway house and I was able to talk him out of mine. (BTW, back door was unlocked cause wife had let animals out to pee & 4got to lock it back). Even though door was unlocked, he entered without being invited in and I was definately in fear for our lives. This one turned out good, next one might not. Carry at home, in bed, in car, on the crapper, anywhere & everywhere. Its a mean world out there... -
you mean they actually make those??? How cool is that??? Is that part of the money I paid to the state when making application for my permit? How long after I receive my HCP will that arrive? I guess I will be entitled to special discounts at donut shops and convenience stores too, aye? Man, is this a great country or what.... (I do make the above statement tongue in cheek - please don't even think for one minute the fatboy is going to even consider that nonsense!!!!)

Coal Creek had one last week for $270.00 / I saw it on a Friday (jan 2nd) and it was gone Jan 6th. They are a little hard to find, especially the evil looking all black ones. Mines black & chrome. Found mine at a local pawn shop which was also a kel-tec dealer, brand new when small pistols were really hard to get, especially kel-tecs. So I paid slightly more than price listed above. But what the heck, its still a good little pocket pistol.
