  1. Hiding out in his apartment I guess., Sounds like a smart man. We seem to have a lot of normal members laying low.
  2. . Unaka Rod and Gun Club is a decent range in Johnson City. Gotta join or go with a member. National Forest ranges are the wild west from my experience. Can be good or can be a bunch of drunk a-holes taking up the whole place. I miss having private land to shoot on for free on my schedule.
  3. Maybe I missed it, but what is NFA about the derringer and a wallet holster combo? I can't see how the holster could be an issue to sell.
  4. So what is the truck? Guessing Chevy by the side chrome, but I don't recognize the double lights and grill based lights.
  5. I guess it matters what provider you need it for.
  6. What I think of when I say I want to live in a cabin in the middle of nowhere. Apparently what others think..
  7. Wives have aweful funny ideas of what we should throw away. lol Just that it was Grandpaw's is enough for me to keep it.
  8. Yep. Last year we had 3 bucks leave hoof prints all in the raised beds.
  9. Having trouble with the heat and my beds too. With the wife having shoulder surgery, it has not left a lot of time or energy to try and water every night. Got a couple cucumbers, a pepper, and a few small tomatoes so far. Have some squash that will probably get picked and eaten over the weekend. Cabbage still holey even after using Sevin dust to stop whatever was eating it. Something has dug up about every sunflower seed I tried to plant. I blame the squirrels. We got one plant and something broke or bit the top out yesterday. Got real lucky last weekend when the wind blew the top out of a 1/2 dead sycamore in the edge of the yard. One small limb hit the bed and broke a pepper plant. The 2 18 inch thick and 6 foot long pieces totally missed it. That could have been the end of the garden.
  10. I guarantee it would not take much GoogleFu to find it posted other places now.
  11. Like a shopping list for gun thieves and recently released angry felons... "The private information of California’s gun owners was posted in publicly-accessible files to the California Department of Justice’s 2022 Firearms Dashboard Portal, The Reload reported." "The Reload reviewed a copy of the Los Angeles County database and found 244 judge permits listed in the database. The files included the home addresses, full names, and dates of birth for all of them. The same was true for seven custodial officers, 63 people with a place of employment permit, and 420 reserve officers." 12. I love how the gunner has no cover at all. lol I found this additional info online "A M1895/1914 Colt-Browning machine gun with a Cygnet pedestal mount is mounted on an Indian motorcycle. Capt. Makaroff sits on the pedestal mount as a gunner while Frederick T. Moore looks on." I never realized that that gun was produced in so many different calibers over its life 6mm Lee Navy 7×57mm Mauser .30-40 Krag .30-06 Springfield .303 British 7.62×54mmR 6.5×52mm Carcano
  13. My Dad bought my kid's each one on their 1st. Great present.
  14. If you are just looking for cheap, keep your eyes open, there have been several factory complete rifle deals in the $300 to $400 range in the past couple months. A lot more between 4 and 500. All probably above Delton from what I hear.
  15. You are probably just fine. Soak them down and let them sit, then hit them with a brass brush and patches on the inside. Probably will be all they need Swing by Wally World and grab a bore light if you want to be sure. A good $8 investment. https://www.walmart.com/ip/51932681
  16. Hornady has some load data downloads here: https://www.hornady.com/support/load-data/ Hodgdon has load data here showing some Ramshot powder https://www.hodgdonreloading.com/reloading-data-center I am afraid you might be out of luck though. Ramshot states: "Enforcer is the best choice for high performance, full-power loads in magnum handgun cartridges. It is ideally suited for the 44 Magnum, 454 Casull, 460 S&W and 500 S&W." My suggestion would be to start with a powder that has manufacturer load data for your caliber and bullet. Save the Enforcer or maybe trade it for another powder.
  17. If Daddy's boy doesn't show up with top tier gear, I'd make him carry your stuff. lol
  18. Looks like British https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Custodian_helmet
  19. I will one up you, I have some government cheese boxes downstairs I need to do that with. Of course any thief worth his salt would steal government cheese first..
  20. So how many cartel dudes are carrying around .38s? That looks about like the amount I keep packed in my car "just in case". lol If I have to move, I might need one of these.... I might have "some" stuff in the safe.... What is the max cargo weight for one?
