I know we have some others here that are techcentric. I have finally decided I need to let go of my Commodore 128, floppy drive, and joysticks. I have the box for the 128 and the drive with styrofoam for both. The 128 box does have some damage. I do not want to go to the trouble of ebaying them, but I do know they bring good money there. Anyone interested and want to discuss trades or offers? I have pics, but will have to upload later.

How to ship a firearm for service?

If S&W gives you a label to ship back to them then in essence THEY are shipping it and you are just dropping it off. I had both Taurus (I paid for the label) and Springfield (they paid for the label) send me a shipping label in the past. My local FFL stopped shipping things for people recently after a very expensive gun went missing in shipping. He said it is not worth the $15 over shipping he charged. Dealing with an insurance claim with any major carrier is a test of patience on a good day. I dealt with both sellers in OR and WA where they must by state law ship via a FFL and the FFLs out there charge $100 and up PLUS shipping in many cases. That basically makes a huge section of guns unprofitable to ship. -

Heck, even just bring Hunter's Education back into schools would be a good step. -

I have a Savage Arms Stevens 320 Security 12 Gauge Pump-Action Shotgun in black. It is brand new in the box. Only taken out at purchase for the store to verify the serial. It is a 18.5 inch barrel and a 5+1 cylinder capacity. Would make a great home defense gun. Has pistol grip stock, a rear rail, and heatshield Wanting to trade this mainly. Open to lots of guns. Located in the Tricities. Please send all info via PM to keep the ad clean. UPDATED**** Picture pulled from Savage's site, but it looks just like that. I can send other pics if requested. I realized the one I had was wrong. This is the 19496 Model 320 with rear rail and heatshield.

I find these as a good starting point. Might cost a few more bucks, but allows you to customize size and have all easy cuts. The black pieces are what you get along with screws. 2x4basics 90164MI Custom Work Bench and Shelving Storage System, Black
