First off, when new ammo has "come out"......it hasn't had time to be "real world" tested....duh, cause it hasn't had time on the streets for that type of eval. Every detail about the new ammo that comes out, comes from balistic tests done before the round hits the market by the manufacture,independant tester and possibly gonvernment bodies. Second, don't you think with our glorious scientific community, many whom work to creat that magic OSS bullet for LE or military, that current production SD ammo hasn't advanced with the times?? Are you kidding me?? Think again...... While HydraShocks are usefull, as is any bullet, understand that technology has come around a long way over the years and HAS greatly improved our chances in a gun fight. Now you say that the "new ammos" have only been out for 4 to 5 years?? Come one man....every year there's new manufactures comming out with the latest and greatest. There's always tons of reliable manufactures to choose from, all that can defend/save your life (more than likley) better than Hydrashocks.

So this was the first time the officer had fired that Glock at a range. First time ever firing a Glock perhaps?? Wonder if it was an old "in service" weapon that had been givin him to use?? Doesn't say if the Glock was new or old.....but since they mentioned the whole "don't shoot lead through the barrel" spill, makes me think that it's possible someone might have already done that before he has gotten ahold of it.

Wilson mags seem to function smoother and feed smoother than any other out there. Their poly follower is simply sweet. I had 3 with my Kimber Pro Carry.... I've always had great luck with McCormic mags as well with 1911's though I usually kept them for range use......

Let's see......on the right side of the bed in a single handgun safe is the G19....mainly for the wife to use, on my side of the bed is my EDC, my G26, behind the night stand on my side, sitting on 2 j-hooks is my newest procurment, my Mossy 500 w/ 18in ported barrel (Curtosey of mikedwood). Uhhh....under the bed is my SKS with 2 20rd mags ready to go and finally, in my closet is my AB-10 and Tec-9.......should be ready to go when the Zombies decide to start breaking windows and screamming "Brains!!"..... Currently my .357, .38 along with a few others are with various family members keeping them safe.

Well, I'd say as long as we cleaned up the mess afterwards. Think that's been the PD's biggest gripe...having to clean up trash and litter that's been shot at. (milk jugs, coke bottles etc.)I've been up there with people shooting those red/white fishing floats both in the pistol pit and on the rifle range. Kind of a neat idea if ya ask me. Everyone I've seen explodes into a million pieces....leaves a small red/white mess by the stands but nothing that would need picking up. I'd say the christmas ornaments "should" do the same thing.......be kinda fun. I'm definatly game though it'll be colder than a reindeers sack resting on an iceberg.....

It came out to play after I left I think, so I didn't get any pics of it.....I'll try to do better next time.....

That's the thing....I just got through putting in a new sear/trigger spring set. I was ready to blast stuff with 32rds of fun....all I got was "click" and nothing.....kinda embarrassing.

Figured out why my Tec-9 didn't work.......... . . . . . . . . . ready for this.....I forgot to put the firing pin back in. I stripped it this morning before I went to the range to wipe off the dust and lube it up....and low and behold I left the firing pin on the bed. Can you say DUMB*SS!! I sure can....

Wow.....still frickin' cold from today. 70Below, SUNTZU....awsome meeting you guys. Definatly enjoyed the mini anti tank weapon, that sucker hurt my hand after two shots.....guess I'm just a wus.

Got about 1in here on the ground at the airport......it'll be fun driving home. Least the roads just look wet...... I'm bringing my camera.....gotta have pics of us idiots shooting in the show.

Seriously, I need to browse around more often. I've been a fan of S.O.A. and have watched since the first episode aired. Man....missed out on alot of interesting conversations I'm sure....... Interesting ending this season, wondering how the whole baby snatching thing will play out next season with the IRA. With Jemma on the run who's gona be the club's moma and keep things together and on track?? Will Clay take off to find Jemma and "turn" the club over to Jax?? Questions, questions, questions......gotta wonder how long FX thinks they'll have an audience for this show. They could end the show in the next season or drag in on for a few boring seasons (like they did The Shield) before things get exciting again. Guess we have to wait......

So what, we're lookin' at 4 maybe 5 people tomarrow?? As long as I don't get stuck here at work tonight, I'll be there with bells on!!

To find a NIB B-West Norinco with thumbhole stock, two metal 30rd AK mags, oil bottle and sling completely out the door for $450.....ain't bad around here in Knoxville. BTW, on places like GB used are going for around $450 and new up to $600......at least this way he got to hold it and look at it before he bought. Like I said before....not a bad deal.

SKS's this past weekend were going from $350 to $500......funny thing is there were a few AK's that were semi decent running $399. A buddy here at work bought a Norinco (Bwest import stamp) with thumbhole stock that takes AK mags for $450. NIB with 2 mags oil bottle etc. Got an awsome deal if ya ask me....

BTW....pending weather and road conditions, anyone willing to run down the hill and haul my stuff up. My little car might not be able to make it up the hill and I don't want to get stuck or slide down the ravine......Don't mind gettin' the gate or walkin' up the hill myself but carryin' everything including ammo in one trip is and who wan't to walk up THAT hill twice. It'd be much appreciated......

Saturday huh......around 11ish.........could be snowing.........gona be chilly ....the morning's gona start off at 24* and only get up to 38*.....BRRrrrrrr cold. What kinda people get out and go shootin' in that kind of weather??? . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .man, I sound like a wuss don't don't I!!!

Guess if you're gona decide between the Taurus, Glock or XD, you need to hit a local gun shop and hold each one in your hands and check out the ballance fit and feel of each. Nothing wrong with any of them but you need to check them out for yourself.... BTW....can't let OhShoot and the XD's have all the fun......
