  1. Yeap got it new, 1100 CM the worst auto loading shotgun i ever had! and nothing i have seen in a few big 3 gun matches i have done has changed my mind. in fact there are less and less Remingtons each year. Even Matt Burkett told me to trash it. after the 2 or 3 years i was squaded with him. i think the only 2 poeple i have seen shoot one with no issues was Jerry M (he shoots a mossy now) and Mike V. about 2 years ago at benning i beat Todd J. on a shotgun only stage because he was having shotgun issues. and i am a sucky shotgun shooter.
  2. benelli super easy maintance or FN little faster more maintance remington=jam-o-automatic
  3. a bump to remind you about the match. this is fun match for everyone. just bring some lawn chairs and cooler. i know a lot of know someone who claims to a super shot with there old 22rf so now is your chance to call them out! just any 22rf in safe working order will be fine.
  4. i guess i need to correct myself. the "club" we shoot at is a one man operation. he holds matches on one of his saturday's off each month. $5.00 per run. it is on private porperty. that the land owner lets him use. you may have a guy on side of you with $1,200 kimber rifle and scope then on the other side of you some one using grandpa's marlin model 60. hell i even used a glock 21 (45 ACP) once for fun in center fire. some of them in the club have been shooting for more than 20 years.
  5. we had not done silhouette matches in a few years, but in the rimfire pistol division we used buckmarks, there alot of rugers but very few TC's until you get to the center fire pistol. in 22rf rifle aleast 50% where 10/22.
  6. the work for me was getting my fat axx moving to cover a lot of ground. it was nice though to have stages where you had a lot of ground to cover. i was shooting so bad i started puting 3 on each. also note to self, if the cell phone rings during the stage briefing do not answer or you will get lots of extra penlites when it is per shot fired and "A" become "MIKE".
  7. the charger would be great in 22rf silhouette matches in pistol division
  8. we plan to shoot sunday, remember all, that you must take knee as Aaron walks by.
  9. Aaron, from NTPS was the only who did anygood 1st B the RWF's had very bad day but it was fun.

  11. there was no rain or mud. it was a nice match good job! it rained liked hell on the way home, gary did a great job holding off the rain.
  12. well right now the weather looks better (bowling green) so the plan is to get up and plan to go.
  13. aim, has one for about $16
  14. bulm 540 if the forecast still calls for thunder storms all day saturday we may not be going.
  15. good luck, hope it is there for you. for what is worth most IDPA shooters do not shot a 40. of course that does not mean they do not have one at home. i can recall a time we have left something at a range and not got it back. so good luck!
  16. only for M & P pro. i should have 45 mag holsters that should work for the glock since the glock mags are thicker than the M & P. i am sure that Gary would not stop you from shooting if all you have is a DOH gun holster. just wear a pink shirt since DOH is legal for the ladies. now if want try shooting a pro just bring some 9mm ammo. just let me know a day or 2 before.
  17. Carl i know you are a shooter i have seen your photo's, it was the last was the "if the last name ends "enger" that got me. is the new gun a 6mm BR or the 6XC from tubbs?
  18. looking forward to next weekend.
  19. Tell the little Mr. Calhoun it was great to meet him and thanks for taking it easy on me! maybe next time i will get to watch him in person. also how it did you smoke Brad? i guess the IDPA targets threw him off.
  20. i sure it is, his name is Carl Belvins.
  21. i sure hope so, took the day off to go play!
  22. i guess it is a different Carl. this Carl lives arounds Paris. last year he went from shooting 223 to a 6mm BR i think. i just know he was trying to get me to a up coming 2 x 1000 match.
