  1. we have had room reserved for about 2 months, AM 74
  2. lies, but it is a damn nice rifle you have.
  3. Rick did u still shoot my limited gun? i will try to bring it if you are wanting too.
  4. +1 also try to stay MOA/MOA or MILS/MILS. it will make things easier on you.
  5. just keep in mine what you want this set up to do. 1k gun only or be able to shoot 300 to 1k. the NF or Vortex HD should have the adjustment range. because say you use a 20 MOA scope mount and a 1" scope tube with a low moa range of adjustment you may not be able to hit a 300 yard target just shoot over the top of it.

we have 4 in 9mm and 1 in 45. i think they run great. never heard about any rust issues. the only gun i know of with rust issues in recent years was the XD when springfield first got it from the HS 2000.
  7. darn, working this weekend
  8. what part is a lie?
  9. ahh, as Wanda said just minutes ago. he was a nobody when we first met him, now he has been on national TV twice and now published in the IDPA mag. and even got last years blue ridge 3 gun match paid for.
  10. well, to me the"noise" part all depends on where you a shooting. if you are shooting in a large open area like big flat river bottom area. standard ammo is very quiet you do even notice it breaking sound barrier. but if you are in the woods or hilly area it will seem loud, but no hearing protection is needed. the sub sonic loads are quite anywhere, but do not cycle my ar.
  11. were is the fun in telling who it could be, i do not what kind of stage it was, as you were there i think and not me.
  12. this months IDPA mag page 26, hmmm who could that be!? and he is shooting a major with no vest!
  13. wow this thing is 3 years old
  14. i can not say for tim but when i was running a P-18 i use a 10# spring with a sprinco recoil reducer with factory ammo. the gun was fitted and tuned by EGW. the 10# was for me the perfect balance of rear ward recoil (because of the sprinco sub spring) and the forward impact of the slide closing. so the sights stayed at the point of aim. wanda's springfield was even better. we do not reload so we have to work around the recoil.
  15. can you still buy loaded 6mmBR ammo? i know that is still strong in high power type shooting. and i would say a handi rifle in 6mm BR would be very rare.
  16. wow where do guys find that stuff!!! i still use the prone position shown when i can. but seems now most shooters now shoot inline with the weapon. and most matches do not give you the room to set up in that big of area.
  17. Tim i notice that your son was not in the video, i sure it was not because he would make the old man look bad! mag pouches are most likely double A or cr speed. you know how those racers are.
  18. damn i had to go back 2 pages to figure out where that came from
  19. +1 on him being a GM, this same discussion was out a few years ago. the scarey part to me is this GM and a few others can REALLY do this! if i am not mistaken Rob (the great one) did something like this to some officers in a training program. do not remember if he got them all or the last one got him.
  20. +1 on the rifle matches. but this time Gary i hope you shooting and not watching
  21. have you looked at white oak, they do mostly high power type AR's and uppers and barrels.
  22. you seem to have a handle on it, on CZ 75B is SSP but the CZ 75B SA is ESP any 1911 that is not a 45 is ESP the safe action doesnt make SSP on the Glock as part of the trigger you cock the striker the last 1/8" or so and that is what makes it a double action
  23. That was a good one. very, very funny. It had both of us laughing.
  24. How long before they are trained? W
