1. It won't happen. Do you realize how much revenue TWRA would lose if they dropped the muzzleloader tags?   I like it the way it is. I don't bow hunt, and I still get a chance to get in the woods before it looks like a home U.T. football game.
2. Hornady makes a 100 grain half jacket .308 bullet that you can load for bunny fart loads in a lot of mil surp rifles.   I'm not yet 50, but have never cared for hard recoil.
3.   Thanks. I never know about it until it's already happened. I may try to get up there.   Wanenmacher's show in Tulsa is also on my "bucket list".
4. Take a ride up to Cave City, Kentucky in the morning. :no1:
5. ....and to have fire, you need fuel. Ahhhhh, semantics.
6. It does get old. I don't clean mine every time they're shot, except for wiping off fingerprints.
7. I figured as much, but I can't help but wonder. I've got nothing so far.
8. It shouldn't, and I'd be suspect of the gun rather than the ammo if 300 rounds without cleaning made the gun malfunction.   You'd have these problems with blackpowder ammo, but shouldn't with modern smokeless stuff.
9. I see this type thread a lot in gun forums. What's the obsession with "clean ammo"? You're building a fire inside a metal cylinder and you expect it not to leave residue? Really??!!??   It ain't that hard to clean a gun.
10. Anybody besides me wonder what the hell this is?
11. I heard her on the radio yesterday praising Obama's executive actions. :blah:
12. Yeah. Buy yourself a pneumatic gun.
13. They're all amazingly accurate. The 14/114 are quite attractive as well.
14. I'm a Summit guy. I can spend the day in my Goliath in the same comfort as my easy chair. It also carries easily; like a backpack.
15. They just weren't sharp enough to realize the drugs were all on the other side of the interstate.
16. Bad as I hate to admit it, they looked really solid today.
17. Sig makes the 238 and 938. Kimber makes several small 1911esq pistols. Colt still makes the officer's model I think. There are quite a few options reall.
18. It's a Rock Island 4" with an Officer's grip frame. The grips are elk stag made by Patrick Grashorn. I put an ambi safety on it as well as 3 dot sights.
19. My baby 1911 has a full sized bore. I couldn't agree with you more.
20. I'm out. I was looking for sub $300.
21. Throw a Sig 238 into the mix and you've got the tri fecta of teenie weenie 1911's!!!
22. I enjoyed it. I'd never heard of him before. He has a cool job.
23. Here's a bit of fascinating reading for all you AR nuts out there. http://www.smallarmsreview.com/display.article.cfm?idarticles=2772
24. And you'd rather have a Hi Point. :waiting: You're really just a little kid playing with his mom's smartphone, right?
25. Ever shoot a model 52 Smith and Wesson? You even know what one is? I didn't think so. Until you shoot a real gun, you don't know how cheap your plastic toys really are.
