  1. Good to know. Thank you for sharing! I'm currently looking into a tungsten grey slide variant so I'll have to pass on this one. GLWS though!
  2. What's your reason for selling? Just curious as I'm looking into getting one myself.
  3. I appreciate the offer! I'm not in the 'boro often, but I'll be sure to hit you up if I need to scratch that itch!
  4. Appreciate all the feedback y'all. I just ordered an IWB holster and decided to keep training and use my Walther until I'm more comfortable with moving onto something more powerful. I know it's not recommended, but it makes the most sense right now. Thank you everyone! I'll keep this thread open just in case.
  5. As the title states, I'm in the market for an EDC. I have widdled down my list of potential EDC handguns down to the Canik Mete MC9, TP9 Elite SC, and the S&W M&P Shield (Plus). I have held both of the Caniks and really liked the fit of both of them. Although, I have not held the Shield. My budget is around $450 and can only decide on one of them. Otherwise, I'd try all three. I currently carry a CZ-75B Compact and the only problem I find with it is that it imprints on even the largest of my shirts regardless of where I holster it on my pants. I consistently bring one of my other firearms, the Walther P22, with me to the range mostly because I can shoot 3 times as much .22LR at the same cost of 9mm and I find its grip is outstanding for my hand size. I know a lot of people do not recommend .22LR for EDC so that leaves that gun out of the equation. I have heard exceptional things about both the TP9 Elite SC and the Shield, but the MC9 seems to be closer to what I'm looking for as I heard the trigger is very much like a Walther. I'm just curious if anyone has had any reliability issues with carrying or shooting any of the three, especially the MC9 since that is the leading contender. Thanks in advance!
  6. Hello everyone. I just want to break the ice and introduce myself a little bit. My name is Zach and I'm from Fairview, now currently living in Nashville. I had just recently discovered this forum to find fellow gun lovers and I'm loving it so far. I currently carry a CZ75 Compact and have a couple of .22 pistols for fun at the range. Although I could stand for something smaller for cc.
  7. Man that stock swapout does look real nice. Looks like a dream to shoot at the range. The M1A, or even the M14 for that matter, has always been something I want to get my hands on to try and/or maybe own.
  8. I agree with Spots on this one. It does almost look too pretty to shoot. Haha!
  9. Looks like a beast to shoot. And at a pretty good price. Nice! GLWS.
  10. Good job on the weight loss! I feel like a lot of people, myself included, have a hard time losing weight no matter how much of a rythm or how robust their regiment is. So I applaud you!
  11. i get my 9mm from PSA or Academy Sports (if I'm needing range rounds without much turnaround time)
  12. How do you get along with your P365? I currently cc a CZ75 Compact and find it a little jarring when wearing just a t-shirt with jeans or shorts. I'm currently looking into subcompacts and microcompacts for better concealment.
  13. I also carry 9mm based on if I'm traveling somewhere I know I don't feel safe or somewhere I haven't been before. This is very helpful for self defence. Thank you!
  14. I'm interested. I can come by today or tomorrow for pickup.
