Nope. The bill we are discussing has a supremacy clause. http://wapp.capitol.tn.gov/apps/billinfo/BillSummaryArchive.aspx?BillNumber=SB1015&ga=108 -

Its on the Senate calendar for today but its so far down on the agenda, I doubt it will get any time. http://wapp.capitol.tn.gov/apps/videocalendars/VideoCalendarmain.aspx?committeeid=601000&videodate=03/04/2013&ga=108 Click on Senate Regular Calendar and its third from the bottom. Because thats as cheap... OP, I've been through the process three times. Its a bit daunting at first but honestly, its not that hard. There really isn't much more paperwork than your standard 4473. The wait is the hardest part. If you want, I can send you fingerprint cards and a couple of form 1s or you can order them from the ATF site. If you have any questions, please feel free to give me a shout and I will help out any way that I can. http://www.atf.gov/forms/dcof/ If you order from the ATF, you need to order Form 1 (5320.1), Certificate of Compliance (5330.20) and fingerprint cards (FBI FD-258LE). I would order at least 5 of everything. -
Agree completely.

My latest acquisition. I had to trade away a good deal to get this but it was something that I wanted very badly so I made the sacrifice. I can't give the specifics on steel because I just don't know and they aren't readily accessible. I'll ask Jeremy and see what its made of. The knife is a "tanto" like grind with the typical Horton Platinum Edge and zero ground. Its not hair shaving sharp, its hair POPPING sharp. This little guy is great. I wasn't really a fan of this blade when I first saw it because I hate short blades (blade should be at least as long as handle to me). But this guy just feels so good in hand. I love to carry it. Its been around my neck everyday since I got it and I honestly don't see it going anywhere anytime soon.

Law measure from handle to tip. SOG is likely just measuring the cutting edge. The bill was voted on. 7 aye, 1 nay, 1 abstention. It moves to general at this point. YAY! -
Still just the same ole torsion bar. Regardless, they have a great warranty, and if you ever have an issue, they will send you a new one at no charge.

I think he would be really happy with an esee. Or maybe hit up KfU and see what's in your range.
-
I agree with the busse love but he asked for us to save him some money.
-
Do you need it to have the saw teeth on the back? Generally, you won't find those to be overly useful. I would recommend a nice Becker or ESEE over this one. TOPS is not a bad company so its most likely a nice quality product. But the design just isn't for me.

They just jumped to SB0443. I have to leave in 8 minutes so I probably wont see it either -
Good video. Couple of quick suggestions though if you don't mind. 1. Better lighting. Its hard to see some of the details of the knife. Lighting can be had pretty cheap and it will help a ton. Do a search for softbox and see what you find. 2. Try to do it in one take if possible. There were a couple of edits where the knife moves so much in the picture that I stopped paying attention to your voice. Other than that, keep it up!

The ammo in this was 168 grain hornady. I'll have to get the box out of the truck to tell you exactly what it was. Not sure. The scope is an Occulus brand. It was free and just to get me running. I already have a few issues with it that I would like to address but it will work till Im ready to spend serious money on a scope. -

I wish it was. The MP5 isn't in my budget yet. But one day... This one is just a GSG5 though. -
MacGuyver, I like the folder alot but I think I'm going to change it up and go with the slider. The folder is a bit bulky and its already a really bulky and heavy gun. Here is an update after a nice long wait of how it is today. the only thing not in the picture is that it now also has a three lug adapter on it.
