Yeah. It's a dedicated 22 upper.

Its not just about spending money with them. Develop a relationship with them. Even if you aren't buying anything. Or go in and buy a couple boxes of ammo every week. Get them to know your face and then get them to know your name. Go talk to the guys at Guns & Leather. I've had dealings with Daniel and they are some good guys up there.

Yeah I know. FDE and Black are their money makers these days. That's okay. My OD magpul iPhone case is in the shipment with the scope so at least that will match. haha
-
OD green Rifle length MOE handguards. All I've been able to find to date has been FDE and Black. Since my grip and stock are OD, I kinda need the OD handguard to match.

my trigger doesn't have any pre-travel. I like it well enough for the rifle its in.

If you have a good shop that you frequent, they should be able to meet or beat those prices. Those aren't SPECTACULAR deals.
-
Yeah I know. I took the handguard off earlier. It looks better without it than it does with it. Midway is still showing 6/15 as the expected date. I can wait that long.

Not quite finished but you get the idea.

I'm happy to hear that young man in Connecticut is going to his prom.

I went to a Memphis City School. Up until my 3rd grade year, they were still allowed to discipline by spankings. After that, there was detention for being tardy. Anything outside of tardiness earned you an ISS (in school suspension) or an OSS (out of school suspension). -

Maybe its because I didn't get in trouble in school but I thought it was common knowledge that if you broke the rules you got suspended. Detention was only for tardiness. -

I still think you have completely missed my point. I'm not arguing that the punishment fit the crime. I am saying that breaking a rule is NOT the proper way to make a statement about the punishment. Whether the punishment was too harsh or not is not what I am saying. I am saying that the punishment was laid out before the rule was broken. You can't cry that a punishment is too harsh just because you broke the rule. -

From what I read, he was trespassing as well. Common sense says that you aren't supposed to trespass and post signs on things that don't belong to you. If you come to my house and try and tape something near my door, you are gonna be met with a shotgun. He broke the rules. PERIOD. -

Again, I don't think we are arguing about the same thing here. The punishment was set before he committed the crime, no matter how petty it was. While I may not agree that the punishment was called for, it wasn't a new policy or anything. Change it for future students but this kid committed the crime knowing the punishment. He should have been punished under that rule. -

But there is a right way to challenge and a wrong way. the wrong way is to break the rule and then complain. And as for a kid with a lego gun, that is bad parenting. The parents know its against the rules even if the kid doesnt. I DO think that kid should be punished. If you can come up with a way to punish the parents instead, I'd be all for that as well. -

I see two different problems here. First, is whether or not the rule makes sense. Second is punishment. I'm not arguing that the rule was correct. I am only saying that if the school has a policy and then go back on that policy because of social media, then it sets a bad precedent. If the kid knew the rule, and knew the punishment, then the school did nothing wrong. If the kid thought that the rule was wrong, he should have spoken out in a different manner. I believe that if you break the rules, whether you agree with them or not, you deserve whatever the usual course of punishment is. A good example is the speed limit in Bartlett. Stage Road goes through Bartlett. It is a 5 lane highway and has a 45 mph speed on either side of Bartlett. But the Bartlett part is 40 mph. I think Bartlett does it for monetary reasons. But I don't protest that by speeding through. I do the speed limit. -
Guess who bought the PLR-16 used in the Hendersonville incident?

I'm sorry. I think the original decision was the right one. The kid broke the rules. Lay down the law. Its cut and dry. This just sets a bad precedent. -
Honestly, you can't hardly go wrong with any bbq place in Memphis. I've never been to one I regretted. I love Memphis. I'm one of the stay and try and make things better camp. Unfortunately, there aren't enough us but there are a few. If acreage is what you seek, and I don't blame you, then I would suggest Tipton County. Fayette is closer to better parts of Memphis but the prices out there are inflated compared to the same type of land/home in Tipton.

He still has it. He has been posting all of this on one of my silencer forums. He posted pics of both and the pic above is his avatar over there. He says that he bought this one to "save it" for the guy that had to sell it. -
It likely won't make much difference in the price. And I think Excam was just an importer and not the actual manufacturer.

This is a start. I've seen your pictures. Yours looks in good shape but the box and papers are probably important as well. Guns For Sale - Rifles For Sale - TOMMY PPS/50 chrome drum fed rifle 22lr with box - Auction: 7470428 (Ended 06/24/2006, 11:15:03 PST)

I agree with this. And it seems that the Winchester Ranger is the best deal going in HP right now.

I'm currently carrying some Hornady critical defense. Just look around and see what is available in your area.

If they were gonna use a 22, it would have been this one.
