  1. I used my fingers to install my last one. Pushed it on till it stopped and then tapped on it with the handle of a screwdriver. Went right on without issue. What someone ought to do is make a stepped rod. Just have the diameter step down. The c clip is just extra parts. Unnecessary.
  2.     Clearly a failure point.  Definitely going to have to send it back.
  3. I'm happy to hear that Willis.  Maybe I can pick one up down the road.
  4. I got glasses for the first time right before 5th grade.  And that was about a year late.  I never feel sorry for "old" people that have to get glasses.  I don't know what its like to actually be able to see.   But I do know what its like to get a change of prescription and have that slightly off feeling.  That part sucks!
  5. I got my Aim NiB V2 this weekend. I like it.
  6. I always used a razor blade.  But for my most recent, I bought the BAD takedown pins.  The front has a second shallower channel and a third detent spot.  The third spot will hold the detent (with a magnet on the back side) and then you just slide it all together.  I will be using these on all future builds.  Stupid simple.      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T9YFMjFHqts
  7.   Sundays are the only excluded days.     From the legislature's website.  http://www.capitol.tn.gov/about/billtolaw.html   SIGNED BY GOVERNOR The Governor may sign the bill; veto it; or allow it to become law without his signature. The Governor is allowed ten days (Sundays excepted) after a bill is presented to him to approve or veto the bill; if he takes no action within that period, the bill becomes a law without his signature. The Governor also has constitutional authority to reduce or disapprove any sum of money appropriated in any bill while approving other portions of such bill. If the Legislature is still in session, the Governor returns all bills and joint resolutions to the house of origin after he has taken action. After adjournment of the General Assembly, bills are returned by the Governor to the Office of the Secretary of State. If the Governor has vetoed a bill or reduced or disapproved an appropriation within a bill, the veto can be overridden, or reduced or disapproved sums of money restored, by a majority vote of the membership to which each body is entitled under the Constitution.
  8.     Again, it depends on how they count.  He either has until today or tomorrow to sign or veto.  If he does neither, it passes without signature and will go into effect July 1st.
  9. Chucktshoes nailed it.  This removes any restrictions for bladed instruments.       And I still want a katana, and a broadsword (Ned Stark's maybe?) regardless of what Chucklehead says.
  10. Mailed it off in July.  Can't remember the exact date.  Check was cashed in August and I can't log in to see when.  Pending 9/11/13.  Approved 4/7/14!
  11. While I can agree with that, I still want knives from my friends.  I've gotten to be good friends with a lot of the TN makers.
  12. Yeah it will. I like those goat beads. Need to order me a few.
  13. Yeah I want a green one but I can't until after my orders come up.
  14. No. This bill only deals with knives and not impact weapons.
  15. Depending on if you count the 27th or not, its either Monday or Tuesday.
  16. SOE bungee sling. Made right here in Camden TN by some of the best people in the world.
  17. I love me an HK hooded front!     And yes, not trying to pressure you.  Just giving the opinions that you asked for.     I used a Burris PEPR on a 22 build and I like it a lot.  Give it a look and see if that will work for you.
  18. you did good.  I have this though and love it.   http://www.midwayusa.com/product/955485/vortex-diamondback-rimfire-rifle-scope-2-7x-35mm-v-plex-reticle-matte?cm_vc=ProductFinding
  19. Have you ever held a full quad rail? There is a reason that they have faded from popularity. Slim customizable rails are much more comfortable and you can still add on all the accessories you want.
  20. I want one something awful.  Especially since its a single stamp
  21. Aim has great customer service and stands behind their products. I wouldn't worry.
  22. I picked up the NiB V2 yesterday. They still have 300 of those in stock. A little extra but should be worth it.
  23. House and senate speakers both signed on 3/27. It's on Gov desk. Just waiting now. Governer has ten days
  24.     In a lot of cases, the company sold guns straight to individuals.  I have seen where the manufacturer had records of that serial being sent to certain people.
