1. The school didn't ban anything. A guidance counselor told the boy that it wouldn't happen if he left his bag at home. No official bans on anything. 2. The school is wrong. As soon as there is physical contact, they should be punishing the bad guys. Regardless of what sets them off. Physical contact is unacceptable unless to defend oneself. 3. And most importantly...WHO CARES that he likes MLP. Tons of grown men do. All you dad's that want your little boys to grow up and be manly men...do y'all get upset when a girl is a bit of tomboy? Its a double standard and really only exists because you are afraid that your son might have the gay.

SO how does one submit an E-File?
Capbyrd replied to whitewolf001's topic in National Firearms Act (NFA) Regulated
Exactly. As a dealer, I would think you would want to efile just because its a quicker turnaround. I can't imagine someone wanting to sit on someone else's merchandise for a year or more. -
I know. Constraints of TV maybe?

It was actually discussed pretty well in the comic. Its not an instant thing. She basically trained them not to attack. She taught them that they couldn't attack.

TN Bill to remove restrictions on knife possession and carry
Capbyrd replied to Capbyrd's topic in Knives, Lights, EDC Gear
Yes but it still might not be the first thing they discuss. -
The cross with the shoes is an old grave. Look at the color of the dirt compared to the grave that Carol is still digging, and the one behind her that she had just finished. Tyrese was carrying Judith in a backpack wrap thing.

Knife experts, I need a bit of assistance
Capbyrd replied to TripleDigitRide's topic in Knives, Lights, EDC Gear
Arizona is usually a little high but sometimes they get it right. Good people though. Unfortunately, I don't know anything about that particular knife or maker so sorry I can't help. -
Fortress 24 gun safe from Lowes. Any opinions?
Capbyrd replied to Tennjed's topic in Firearms Gear and Accessories
If you are going to get something from lowes, go to the post office and get a change of address form. There are always lowes coupons in them. -
I get that. Here's my question: DO YOU REALIZE THAT I AM ONLY TRYING TO MAKE A HUMOROUS COMMENT ABOUT THE VIDEO THAT WAS POSTED? I don't think the guy in the video actually realized what was happening. He tried to holster his firearm and wouldn't seat completely. He realizes that the drawstring is inside the holster as well so he pulls on the string to get it out of the way. My assumption is that after he does that, he intends to push the gun the rest of the way in. Instead, the pull tab is caught in the trigger guard and the weight of the gun causes an ND. It doesn't friggin matter how you holster your weapon if this happens some other way. HIS HAND WASN'T ON THE GUN AT ALL!
-
The first part of my statement is actually true. Watch the video. The gun fires from him pulling on the string. His hand is NOT on the grip. The second half of my statement was merely intended as humor. PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO! See with your own eyes how this happened. Grip safety, thumb safety, any kind of safety (in the on position) would have stopped this from happening.

If it had been an XD, it wouldn't have happened. Blocks are inherently unsafe.

You mean time to wait? Looks like this loan thing is going to take a while. -

Another reminder. 3 hours away from the start of session. -
I found just the upper set of the one that Red posted. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FCK3BQ8/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=WQPW3LLCLH6C&coliid=I2TC64PRVP1PPN I'm going to give this a shot. I've seen these before and they always made me nervous. But I've never seen them used with a top piece and set sideways in the vise. Makes me a lot less wary of them. Thanks for y'all's help

And the state gets a significant chunk of funding from the federal government.

I was recently helping a buddy put together a MEGA billet receiver set. The MEGA upper is too big for my receiver block. I had to send him to a local smith to tighten down the barrel and the flash hider. As time nears for me to build out my upper, I am concerned of running into a similar issue with my CMT billet upper. So my question here is what receiver block are you guys using to build out the CMT uppers?

Awesome. I fully expect mine to have errors since this is my first form using a trust. And I'm already 8 months into my wait that I expected to be 12 months. So it might be closer to 14 months.

Capbyrd replied to Capbyrd's topic in Knives, Lights, EDC Gear
Table prices for both of these would be less than 1000 each. Secondary on the Chaves would be less than 1000 to 1000. The Burch, well you don't want to know. Don't let secondary prices run you off. Ramon's books are closed but he just went full time so they might reopen soon. If you can get a knife direct, do it. You should be able to get at least what you paid for it. Yeah, I'm usually pretty safe with my knives. I handle them a lot and rarely cut myself. The only cuts that I've had in the last couple of years have come from poorly designed sheaths. Except this one. Like I said, I'm still not entirely sure how it happened. I was closing the knife and my finger was in the way. It doesn't make sense. -
Sorry. I use it a lot. Its an easy way to show lots of results for something. Didn't mean anything rude by it. I use LMGTFY because you can see all of the results that I get from the exact search string that I used. Anyway, good luck. Those aren't parts that a lot of people buy so most places don't stock them. There isn't the same DIY crowd for the AK that there is for the AR.

Nodak has them. Lots of places do. http://www.nodakspud.com/page2.htm http://lmgtfy.com/?q=ak+receivers
