Back to the topic at hand for a second, I read Chris' post this morning and the comments that went with them.  I commend him for taking a stance and being strong enough to be public with it.  There are a lot of kids out there that struggle because of peers and having strong role models will be good for them.  If Chris' actions here can help any one of those kids then it was all worth it.  And if it can help to open the minds of some close minded individuals in our community, then good for that too!

  I can't stand it when harley riders flaunt their bike ownership by dressing the way that they do.  Or cowboys that flaunt whatever they do by wearing jeans and boots and satellite dish belt buckles.  Or businessmen that flaunt business things by wearing suits!  

          Y'all still don't get it.  Just because you don't care, doesn't mean that tabloids are the same way.  Scandals can ruin a person.  Getting out in front of that to make things easier is an option that some feel that they need to take.

Since you've already started the who cares crap... He announced it publicly because he is a public figure. He is now a professional shooter. He has sponsors and a fan base that give him his living. Because of that, he needs to be honest because the media (TMZ) will use anything that they can to try and shame him. And if it means outing him, they will do it. Just because we may be open minded and "not care" doesn't mean that people that can control his livelihood don't. That is why he has be open or in front of it. Honestly, he doesn't owe anyone anything. He shouldn't have to do this. But he does because of society. Personally, I hope he starts prancing around in pink like a party kid just to get on the nerves of every other shooter. Can you imagine all the competitions he could win if he dressed like that? No other shooter would be able to concentrate.

Mike's right.  And most companies won't warranty a blem.  We have thousands of cd's per year that have messed up artwork or other issues and rather than toss the stuff, we offer it out at a significant discount with no returns.  Its not uncommon in business.

Some knives are designed both ways. The 560 and 350 are not. The studs are primarily there for blade stops. My Laconico can be used both ways but I never had luck with my 560.

  Exactly.  The knife is designed as a flipper.  Studs keep the blade from flipping back around.  

Absolutely Willis! That was the point of this video (thanks new iphone for slow motion). I was trying to show that a well built knife with a proper detent can be just as quick as te fastest and strongest autos.

Yeah, I really hate the we can't explain anything answers.  True as they may be, it sucks. Just another example of everything political being closed door under the table deals. 

Not sure.  I've been a seeing a few pimped ones lately that the texture has been sanded down on the frame and then ano'd.  They look fantastic that way.  Makes me want to get one and give it a go!
