It's no use saying Darrs had good prices on ammo! That was two years ago! Also, I have bought Taurus and GLOCK guns in Carters, and Mr. Carter has always been polite and nice to deal with.

I don't think you missed a real BARGAIN, so, don't kick yourself too hard! Another gun will come along by and by that will tickle your fancy just as well.

It's a great firearm. I had one once, and liked it very much. Here's a little review with photos: Taurus Millennium Pro PT145 Ratgun People DO complain about Taurus customer service. But Taurus makes nice firearms.

As a matter of fact, the tough trigger is actually an advantage. There is no other safety. Some police departments take their GLOCKS and change the trigger to be as tough as that of the Sigma, as a safety measure.

I know this is going to turn out really good for the present owner of the gun!

Also, if you ever want customer service, KT service is as good as it gets; Taurus customer service generally gets bad reviews.

In my opinion, the SIGMA is just like a GLOCK, except the grip is comfortable, the trigger is heavier, and the price is $200 cheaper. I have owned four Sigmas, still have two, and like them very much. It's the poor man's GLOCK. They sell for $299 brand new, and you can often get a $50 rebate or two more free mags from S&W.

Ammo of preference is CCI mini-mags. Seems to work well with all .22 pistols. I have a Phoenix HP-22, and it has been 100% reliable for me.
