Well, one of the first things in a SHTF situation is a run on the banks. And currency will not immediately be without value, in fact, just the opposite. Diversify, diversify, diversify. Also, prepare, but don't be anxious. Economic problems have come and gone in America many times in the past. There will always be ups and downs. And whatever happens, remember that your spiritual wealth is more important than gold.

The argument against God "If there were a God He would not allow such and such evil thing." This is to presume that you understand everything perfectly, and that you are qualified to sit in judgment on God. It's also to ask that God force everyone to do only good, and take away freedom and personal responsibility. That won't work. Also, it is to blame God for the evil, instead of the actual evil people doing their evil deeds. It's a shallow argument against the existence of God.

I'm a pastor. But I don't like "religion." That is: I don't like going through the motions, and I don't like preachers who preach as if they absolutely know and understand everything, and want to make sure you become one of their followers. Some days I feel spiritual and some days I don't. But I believe it is right to love God, and to love my neighbor as myself.

I've never owned one, but I've never heard anything bad about a Seecamp. Apparently they are pricey, but very well made indeed. So, please get one, and give us a range report!

The Finnish mod is just odd, but I would mind shooting it.

Yup, an older Romanian for $350 is a great deal. You will pay a hundred more than that for the newer WASR10, and it isn't as good an AK. So, what everyone said. Go get it NOW!

The best holster I have found is not really a holster. I use one of the old fabric gun rugs that used to come with the p3at. Unzip it half way, and stick the p-11 or pf9 in it, and there you go. I'm carrying the p11 that way daily.

Kahr pistols, Kel-Tec PF9 or P3AT, all have smooth, but long triggers. My Stoeger Cougar has a smooth trigger, too. Just as nice or better than any revolver, in my opinion.

Maybe the US taxpayer can bail them out. They are too big to fail!
