    Prayers

I don't know the situation but on my Facebook friends of mine stated that someone they know just had her baby kidnapped and needed prayers. So please pray for this family if you believe in prayer. I will keep you posted as I find out more, but as of now there are no Amber alerts.

  7. They were flying up on Walmart and then would cut the siren when pulling in...It was weird being that close to that. Makes you think though.

    charter arms .38???

You have a ton of options in the $500 range. If the only gun she can properly function is the Charter Arms, get it. You have have trigger work done on any guns including Smith revolvers but I may be old school but I think that a carry gun needs to be as factory as possible. I think a Smith is better than Charter arms and if she has to have a hammer, get a Smith. She can shoot single action and I would bet in the need to actually use it, the adrenaline will give her the strength to pull DA. However, she may not be consistent with it. I guess all in all I would go with the one she can practice with in DA, aka the Charter.
  12. I haven't seen it since the first episode. It was on the other night so I turned it on to see if I could like it, but it was a rerun of the first episode.
  13. I'm call dibs when you sell it next week!
  14. There use to be a huge thread on both seasons. Use the search feature to find it if you want. I liked the show and wish it was still on.

    Glocks?

19 is a 9mm. 22 and 23 are both .40 The 19 and 23 are the same size (compact models) the 22 is a full size (along with the 17 which is a 9 mm) The 4th generation guns offer backstraps for a more custom fit as well as a different spring system which offers supposedly less recoil. There were some problems upfront with the 4th generation guns especially with hand loads. If you use factory ammo, it's no problem. If a third generation fits your hand, I would choose that since it's been proven over the years.
  16. No luck today. Had fun though!
  17. Again I would have done the same. All I'm saying is I wouldn't be surprised if he was charged with something. Just to beat a dead horse, I agree with what he did and would have done the same thing.
  18. I would do the same thing but he shot through glass clearly after the shooter left...that's no longer self defense.
  19. I'm on Scott co. So far not even a hint of a deer! Fingers crossed.
  20. Just read the article...correct me if I'm wrong but the employer who fired back stated he did it as the shooter was leaving the store...I bet he gets in trouble for that.
  21. I'm sitting in a blind hunting for the first time!
  22. Man!! I go shopping and out to dinner and missed all this!!
