  1. http://www.loftissteel.com/ They can cut all of you parts out. Make it out of cardboard and take it to them. You'll need to find a friend that can weld it up for you.
  2. 100 hp isn't much on a v8. Most stock engines will handle that. Ring gap for NOS is something you should look at.
  3. And just let him walk again. One of my neighbors are going to be happy.
  4. Most of mine are 0.040 over. My 458 is a bit larger.
  5. I let a decent one walk this morning. Kinda second guessing myself.
  6. Antifa are rejoicing in their own forums.
  7. The bullet has to be sized. You can use a smooth sizer or full form die. Full form will engrave rifling into the bullet. Smooth will not. You have to size them down until the amount of pressure on the ramrod "feels" correct. It takes a bit of trial and error. Everything is loaded in the traditional manner. 70 gr of H4198 is considered the starting load in guns like this, but a lot are running some kind of recoil reducer. Mine is set up for a suppressor. As soon as my stock shows up I'll be running the velocity up a bit. Guys are running up to about 2900 fps.
  8. A converted Savage ml ii. http://www.arrowheadsporting.com/
  9. Working on loads for my gun now. Running a 270 Parker full formed sabotless and 67 gr of H4198. Just over 2600 fps. Love smokeless muzzleloaders.
  10. Just moved. Deer in my yard every day now. My hunting spot sucks, but I do have the land to at least take a deer now. It's not a ton of land, but it's enough and in a good location.

  12. You can always SBR your hunting rifle. The rifle I hunt with the most lately has a 9.25 barrel on it.
  13. I've hunted with suppressors for years. I have several videos from my time testing for a bullet manufacturer. If photobucket wasn't extorting everyone I'd post them.
  14. I run a Millermatic 211 mig and a lincoln stick welder.
  15. I have two. One is a LAR the other is a G4 Gibbs. The latest version of the Gibbs latch fixes the only small complaint I had with the Gibbs. The only complaint one would have on the LAR is that you have to take the handle off for cleaning. It's a non issues for me. I do like the G4 and would get another. I don't think Grizzly will sell LAR upper receivers any more.
  16. I have food and water in my backyard 24/7 so.....

  18. Different places around the house. My 13 year old daughter has access to a suppresed 300 blackout sbr for when the s#$t gets real.
  19. Getting a PDC chassis for it now. It's a smokeless sabotless suppressed muzzleloader.
