This is one of those rare statements that should get 100% agreement from everybody on the board. Unfortunately, professional politicians are always the ones that get seated. I can't vote for Haslam with any kind of enthusiasm, but I'm pretty enthusiastic about voting against McWherter. There's only one way to do that effectively.

It ain't just CNBC, it's all of them, including Fox. They're all full of . The Rem 700 thing is real, lawsuits and all. I did a lot of research when I bought mine. AFIK, it's the most popular center fire bolt gun of all time. Years ago, when the lawsuits started, Remington decided to just adjust the trigger for a heavier pull instead of redesigning it. It's possible to adjust them for a lighter pull, but you can only go so far before it becomes unsafe. My solution was to change the trigger group to a better design. We live in a world that overreacts to any kind of gun incident. There have been several incidents with 700 triggers over the years. It doesn't matter if it's only .00001% of the total number of 700's sold, not to a bedwetter anyway. Remington should have redesigned that trigger, for their own good, when this all started years ago.

Me too. I like Bushmill's better than Jameson. Only had TD a couple of times, and that was in Irish Coffee. Don't really have an opinion on it yet.
