David, Comcast has been pretty helpful, but I'm a little stuck. They need an IP address, and I'm not sure how to find it. BTW, I explained that TGO never sends unsolicited email, for whatever that's worth.

I ragged at comcast. Had to go thru the typical support response from Bombay. Sent the support chick a header and told her to get it to the server admin group if she really wants to fix it.

I lit up a support ticket with Comcast. Got the typical response. So, I clarified everything, added a mail header, and told the Indian chick to get the header to the server admin group if she was interested in fixing the problem. We'll see...

Right. my Comcast mail is working fine. TGO's domain isn't getting through. Maybe David can see some bounces from Comcast.

I'm a member of several other forums, but don't normally post. TGO mail is working fine on my other mail account, so it all points to Comcast. BTW... I doubt it's an intentional block. Probably just the IT boys screwing up.
