  1. Thanks Bersaguy. That is very cool of you
  2. Thanks for the replies. Tose Pacific Mapping Lake Maps look like just what I was looking for. That Navionics app is pretty awesom. I downloaded it and have been playing with it. Which version do you use and do you pay the yearly subscription?
  3. Where might a brother find some contour maps of KY lake? I would like some with contour lines and structure at least. I can find them all day long from Big Sandy north but I can't find any south of there. I found these http://www.kentuckylake.com/rivercharts.shtml but they don't have keys and some mention looking on the back for information and the backs are not available so it would seem they are missing a lot. I would prefer printed maps but electronic would be OK if I can have them printed. I ain't not got one of those fancy gps/fish finders that you can load mapping software into.     Just looking for some good places to fish on the TN river. I always fished Cheatham lake but now I live closer to just as close to KY lake and would like to get in on some of that action.  Thanks in advance guys.
  4. I had some friends over one night. We were sitting around a fire talking and drinking when coyotes started raising hell. All of a sudden a bobcat let out a bloodcurdling scream from the same direction as the coyotes...Silence. Like someone flipped a switch. Not another whimper out of anything the rest of the night.
  5. M&Ps are sweet. I miss mine. Will be my next pistol purchase.
  6. A day at the range is always a god day.     You got a new sub musicman
  7. Me thinks I'm going pants shopping. Do you have a back pocket holster?
  8. Any of y'all front pocket carry in jeans?
  9. I love the little feller. Great little pistol. Good looking little gun, too. Seriously thinking of picking up a .380 next. I wanna get a slip on grip and a spar mag.
  10. Saw this on the facebook. It's hilarious
  11. Thanks, guys. Trigger pull is long. But it is smooth. Smoother than my M&P was.
  12. Very cool. My grandfather was on a carrier in the Pacific. He said some poor bastard would fly a plane towing a banner that they would use for target practice.
  13. I went to the DMV this time. I was in and out in 15 minutes. That includes walking back to the truck because I left my renewal notice laying in the seat when I went in. That was Jan 31. We'll see how long it takes.
  14. Duh...Brain fart. Thanks for the info. I will check them out
  15. OS....What kind of holster is that? How well does it hold in your pocket when you draw?     This is the first gun I've had with bar-dot sights. I kinda like them.
  16. AR "pistols" are supremely cool. Very nice.
  17.       It's used but I wouldn't have known if he hadn't told me. I thought it had an awful good price. There wasn't a mark on it. I'm gonna shoot a couple hundred rounds through it like the manual says because I'm quite sure the previous owner didn't shoot very many at all through it.
  18. I picked up a Kahr CM9 at G&L last night. I had a M&P 40c. Great gun. But I wanted something smaller and a little easier to conceal and more comfortable to carry. The Kahr fits the bill and I have yet to read a negative review about it. I like the way it shoots, too.
  19. I like the @#$%! out of that!
  20. Me, too...I was more than a little disappointed.   Mine had rust on the mag tube cap when I bought it.   I have one box of the Rio left. If it cycles all of them this weekend I am going to call it good.
