  1. Cool. So it's the little black button on the hand guard? That's what I suspected.
  2. Just curious but where is the pressure pad for the light? Or do you cut it on another way?   Looks awesome!
  3. Yep I enjoyed it. It's pretty easy if you mention coffee, food and guns in one thread folks just show up.
  4. Yeah I felt the same way. Which is why we need to follow up with a range day! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Well I told the lady we'd have around 10 at least so I didn't lie.
  6. No kidding.
  7. Glad you found some. I was itching to shoot more of mine but I'm gonna wait until I get the stock on it and can really stretch it out there. I am curious to see how it shoots at 200.
  8. Yeah I saw that they had the 220 also. I'm surprised though. They had 20 or more boxes of the UMC last time I looked. They must be getting it in quickly. There for a while all they had was the Hog Hammer stuff.   Cool that Walmart had it though.
  9. Cool. Not implying you can't eat any time you want haha. I just know I'm starving by 5 so I'm gonna eat as soon as I get there.
  10. Just realized I put a question mark instead of exclamation haha.
  11. Once you get done there go across the road to the Realoder's Bench and let them sell you a press, some dies, powder, bullets, brass, etc.  Well maybe that won't be the cheapest way but you'll get to pull the trigger more.
  12. Academy in Mt. Juliet has the Remington 120 grain stuff in stock last time I checked for like $15. Doubt you find it anywhere else cheaper.
  13. Nice truck! We drove through the car lot last night eyeballing the Chevy 2500's. I realized I had to get out of there before I left with a truck!
  14. I'd check into the Alien Gear 3.0 holster. I owned the original version which was a crossbreed clone just like all the others and didn't care for it. I have a buddy that has the 2.0 and it's a much nicer holster. You can see the details on their site but they do away with the leather in favor or plastic and neoprene. He say's it's much more comfortable and has no long break in period. The 3.0 (which I just ordered) adds another layer of spring sheet metal or something like that to give it a little more rigidity. I think it also adds another layer of cushion. They are right at $50 shipped too with a lifetime warranty and you can swap out the kydex shell for free if you change guns.
  15. I might just take you up on that. I was hoping to get my hands on one before buying.
  16. I just received one of these connectors to put in my Glock 19 along with a NY1 trigger spring. I am currently using it for EDC along with IDPA. I had reservations about putting an aftermarket connector into an EDC weapon and I have to say I believe it was warranted.   I installed the connector along with the NY1 spring and while the trigger pull actually seemed as heavy if not heavier than stock it was pretty smooth all the way through. I'm sure the heaviness was due to the NY1 spring. I believe it would feel really nice with a standard trigger spring. The problem came when I did a reset test.....it didn't reset. I pulled it back apart and made sure I had it in correctly which I did. I then got online and did some searching. While Zev tech doesn't mention any fitting needed on there site it seems that you may have to do some bending on it. That seems kind of counterproductive on a piece like that.   I will be getting a Glock 34 at some point this year so I am just going to leave the internals alone on this one. May polish it up a bit.   Does anyone else have any experience with these? I may attempt to install one in the future on a non EDC gun.
  17. Man that looks like fun. And five stages?! I'll be there. Gonna bring my wife too so she can film and help paste targets. Maybe she will get the bug.
  18. One last Monday morning bump just to make sure everyone see's this who wants to come.
  19. They know we are with TGO. At least that's what I told them. TGO/Ben Bolden is what I told her to put on teh reservation.
  20. Ha nope. We are the cool kids with our own room this time.
