Café is great not a bad thing (tasting) on the menu , you get spoiled to eating there being only 2miles up the road you can put on some weight fast.

I have a friend from high school , he had a bad knee and was very over weight , he took Tylenol for years for pain . He is now having liver failure from the tylenol .I just had cervical disectomy and fusion of L4-L7 took scrip. for two days and use OTC if I really need it , dont trust any of this man made stuff for long its not good in the long haul.

If you want to repay some one go to health food store and buy some Xylitol and mix it in with their sugar, that stuff is fast . I got some because I was wanted to get away from cane suger put some in my morning coffee by 2nd cup I think it had me on bypass.Dont drink it in anything and leave the house, I use it only if I really need it.
