  2. Thats great, Where is he located, I have not heard of him yet.
  3. I have a web site for my buisness, you would be amazed what it tells me about the people that visit it and I have a basic no frills site. I can't imagine what the people who actually market can see.

    HiPoint Carbine

I totally agree with Moped, that why I own 3 rifles and 5 handguns. I have all but a 380 that they offer. I Start out everyone that has never shot out on a hipoint because of the ease of use and low recoil. They are vertually impossible to jam. They will deffinately be my giveaway/backups, and that is just beacuse of the magizine limitations. My 30-50 round mags for my other rifles help edge out the Hipoint. I guess one way to look at it is that you can get 3 carbines w/3 mags each for the same price I paid just for my rifle w/no mags. You could just switch rifles instead or reloading.
  5. my T53 looked better than any m44 I have seen. I lucked out. But I could not see a differenc other than markings than my m44. I bought the t53 before I knew what I was doing, I just wanted Nagant. I got mine at a show for $60

    HiPoint Carbine

I have 2 and have never had either ftf. I got the ATI stock and because of that it is not that ugly and everytime a friend shoots mine they make me an offer or they go get one of there own. I agree on the mags, only factory work which limits you to 10 rounds.
  7. My daugher brings me a book about every 30 mins and then goes to her chair and "reads" it until its time for a new book. We listen to a lot of radio, TV is only on for about 1 hour right after they get up in the morning. Just love on them and just remember what the alternitive is. I would rather take care of my kids than be at work.
  8. I am a stay at home dad of 2 under 2. I find the key is to wear out the older one and get good naps from her so I can clean or mod my firearm collection. There is a gymnastics place here that lets you take your kids for $5 and let them just burn up energy. Plus having a hot wife that you can "relax" with helps.
  9. I was next a guy the otherday at the range that was having trouble with those getting stuck in his revolver. I bet that was the issue. I see him there pretty much weekly so I will pass this on to him.
  10. That is pretty cool. Great Job!!!!

  12. My sister was accepted into the Shine talent camp. She has only one problem, like most of us money is tight. We found and entered her into a contest to win the trip to shine for free. It would be great if we could her in first place. She is a very talented christian, and not to bad of a shot as well. It would be great if you could go here http://rewards.thefishatlanta.com/Contest/qWoGOH/UGC/ViewEntry?submissionId=4462 and vote for her. You do have to register, but they don't send you anything and you can send an email to them to be taken out of there data base right after you vote.
  13. While looking for the cheap AR site I ran across this setup Wepon Systems International complete upper $299 w/free shipping New Frontier Armory complete lower $99-5% for TGO= 94.95 w/free shipping transfer and TICS $35 For a total of $428.95 Not $400 but darn close and a lot less work
  14. I have been trying to find the site that had the breakdown of the $400 AR I printed it out one day and checked the prices they listed for all the parts and it would work if you were patient. I think getting a plumbcrazy lower was the key. The site had the complete list of items needed with the highest you could pay and stay under 400. I found some of the parts cheaper and which would allow for upgrades in other places. The other major expence in the build was the BCG. If I find it again I will post it.
  15. bteague that is what I was wondering, I think that he would like it but I wanted some opinions from people that have come home recently.
  16. I have looked into it and there are a couple of guys coming home at the same time. I am on the list though.
  17. Just did the math on how much If I did it myself and it came out to 135 after tax and shipping. So it is good deal, just don't know if it is something that he would like. If anyone has used this company or has done something like this let me know how it was recieved.

    They do exist

Saw one at the Clinton show. It was only 650. The guy said he has had it for a while and it obviously did because the box had some blue rub marks so has been packed and unpacked a couple of times. I am just not a 1911 guy. It was nice.
  19. I saw this http://knoxvillelawncrashers.com/Military-Homecomings.html and was wondering from some people that served if this is something that would be a good welcome home. The site people said they will have pics up soon. I just don't know how it would be recieved by the service person. I have priced it out for me to do it myself and it would cost almost $100 so they look like they are a good deal. Just wondering about the idea.
  20. Range USA in memphis had a KRISS for a rental gun. It is a blast to shoot.
  21. A friend of mine clears $2000 a mo in vending machines. He has 5 and he bought ones that already had locations. I think he said he bought his first one for 1500 and it took a little while to find the other 4 to come up for sale. He took all the money he made on the first one and saved it until the next one came up and so on. He said yo don't make a whole lot off the first one but the sales in the first one takes care of all of his cost for the month and that means the other 4 are all profit. He goes out and fills them on Monday and Thursday for about 2 hours each day.
