Got my new Marschal Grips today...

Recommended Posts

After ordering from Marschal Grips back on December 6, 2008, my FEG Pa-63 grips finally arrived today. not bad, a 6 week turn around out of Butapest, Hungary.

I had them sent to my office. Now, I have to wait till I get home to put them on. The gun is out in my truck as I wait for work time to end. I took these with my camera phone. I should have better pictures posted latter on taken with a higher resolution....

I got the walnut matte finish. I haven't fitted them to the pistol as of yet.

But they look like I won't have a problem.

These Marschal Grips went on easily and fit perfectly.

I've heard horror stories of their not fitting and needing all kinds of fitting and sanding. These look, fit, and feel great.

For those of you playing at home...yes, that's a Don Hume PCCH Holster (http://www.donhume.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=65_5&products_id=56) bought from his site. A PCCH is a Galco Summer Carry clone. This one was ordered to fit a Walther PPK/PPKS and fit the FEG like a glove.

The Don Hume isn't Galco quality, but for a cheap reasonable facsimile at half the price...it ain't bad.

I've got a pair of his grip panels for my Pee-Aye 63 that I've not installed for over a year now. Seems like the panels would fit fine, but the screws have thicker shafts than what the nut thingie he used in the grips will allow for. Keep meaning to ask him what to do about it, hasn't been a priority.

I recently had a gunsmith (Kenny, works at one of the Knoxville shops I think) install the replacement Wolf springs in mine, so I'm anxious to shoot it. It's been 4 or 5 years since I last drew blood with it--my own, slide bite.
